I recently had my beloved border collie put to sleep at the Kesgrave practice. While I could not fault the staff who no doubt took great care of him at the end. I was shocked by the bill of over 300 pounds as I did not want him returned to me. I was told this was because he was a large dog. I only wish it could have been explained to me earlier as people I have spoken to afterwards said their large dog was put down more cheaply than 300.
