Experienced the same issue as previously mentioned by someone else asking for rent before the EOFY - before the rental due date, it wasn't a one off. I also disputed it. Was also told I had to pay my regular rent 3 days earlier than the due date "to make sure it got there on time".
As a tenant, I'm treated horrendously and pursued relentlessly for inspections and threats that the landlord "might ask you to move out".
I intensely dislike having to deal with this agency and would strongly ask landlords to talk to their tenants about their experiences on the receiving end of this treatment, I've been on the verge of moving out just to avoid having to deal with them.
We found a tenant within a week of advertising the vacancy for our investment property. Michael and his team are very experienced, and gave sound and realistic advice on how to position the unit to maximise value. We were very impressed with the comprehensive 6 month inspection report provided on the property. In a competitive property management market, Infinity stands out from the rest and I would definitely recommend them.
Jeffrey Lu has been taking care of us as tenants for almost a year now. He really was a pleasure to deal with when my partner and I were looking to find our first place: he went the extra mile to make sure we were given as much consideration as others who had much longer rental histories than we did.

It was one year ago that I rented a property from Sean Kim. The whole process was handled by Sean professionally. He has been very helpful throughout the last 12 months. Thank you Sean for providing a great service.
Avoid this agency if possible - they will make you pay for damages you did not do. The apartment was not cleaned prior to be moving in and when I brought it up with the agency on multiple occasions, I received no response. Once I moved out, I showed them the emails I have sent, the agent said to me "its not my problem, should've emailed someone else".
The staff members I dealt with were unprofessional, unresponsive and they will only talk to you if they need something from you.
I will never use again and recommend to avoid if possible.

Michael Kurosawa, the director of Infinity Property, told me on the phone that you are claiming a commission from the pest control company (and most likely the cleaning company you recommend) that you wanted us to pay for, and yet the commission does not show up on their receipt, making us believe that the charges are for pest control only.
You ARE making unnecessary claims, the fact that you lost our bond dispute is proof of it.
Seems that recently you had other similar complaints from renters. It would be great to ACT on it rather than providing us with responses of looking into it .

Sean Kim helped me went through all the stuff I needed to settle in my current place. He has been very patient and extremely helpful in terms of assisting me, not only getting the lease but also after I moved into the place. Fast turn around. My apartment was tenanted again within 3 weeks and in between, Infinity help to organised and managed the renovation of the apartment - changed the carpet, re-painted the walls and fixed the bathrooms.

Studio sale at Newtown Michael & his team pulled out another rabbit from the hat - Michael found a buyer within 4 days of listing the property! Horrible experience literally from day one. Sean Kim will try and take your money no matter what you do and has no communication skills. Felt like Infinity took advantage of us and raised the rent as many times as they could. When we moved out false charges over 1.5 years old were bought up and they wouldn't give us our bond back until we proved that we didn't owe the money. If your a tenant watch out, worst property agents ever (Sean Kim) (even if you've done nothing wrong and keep the premises in amazing condition). Find someone else!!

My property was sold for a record breaking price in a matter of only a few weeks: from 'getting the idea to sell' to 'getting the money in the bank'. The commission rate is extremely competitive and the advice given about timing etc was both informative and knowledgeable. It was made so easy for me in fact that I did not suffer any of the usual stress associated with property selling.

We just moved out of the property they manage (93 Macdonald Street Erskineville NSW 2043). Used the cleaner they recommended professionally cleaned the apartment and yet they requested to have the pest control done for we keep cats there. Based on the tenant.org.au, the requests is illegal and invalid. It is not enough that one kept an animal, there must be some uncleanliness or infestation as a result. The agent now claimed $220 from our bond but the pest control has not been done while we are asking for the receipt. We will take the matter to Fair Trade Tribunal. So please be very cautious of dealing with this agency if you have pets.
For tenants of this agency, please make sure to check if you have overpaid the rent after you vacated the apartment. They would NOT refund to you UNTIL you ask for it. It took them over a month and a chain of emails to follow up with them to get our $760 back. Also, they would charge you extra $50 without telling when they arrange cleaning or pest control on your behalf.

From everything I heard, and unfortunately experienced myself, Infinity Property will look for every little thing to charge you for once you move out. Because I had heard this prior to moving out, we even used their expensive cleaning service to ensure no issues would be had, but we got charged a large amount for shower mould which should have been cleaned by them, not bearing in mind that I kept the bathroom in great condition. Sean kim was unreasonable and difficult to communicate with (lack of English skills by the whole team whenever I had to speak to someone on the phone) and it was overall a frustrating situation that I never want to experience again.
