Renaissance Agoura Hills Hotel Review

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Weekday meals are ok. Staff is VERY helpful.

We stayed here as part of a family group in town for a memorial service. Staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to hold group dinners in their dining area and helping us secure our rooms close to others in the group. Hot breakfast was delicious and filling. Some cold breakfast items were available as early as 5am, which was really nice to take a small grab bag with fruit and yogurt.l when I left for my early flight home. Coffee is available at all hours in the lobby and that is much appreciated. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, with quality sheets and towels. The kitchen area is sufficient with full size refrigerator, stove top range (no oven) and microwave. Would be perfect to bring your own groceries to save money rather than dining out. The courtyard area is perfect for gathering, with tables and chairs along with a grill. Pool area is clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and had a separate living room/kitchen. It's perfect for families that need to stay somewhere for an extended period of time. There was a slight mildew smell in the room but everything appeared to be clean and tidy. There is also a Trader Joe's next store which made it convenient to fill up the refrigerator with drinks and snacks. I would stay here again.

You can t beat it here, nice pool area and hot tub, good breakfast and wine!

Our reserved room was unavailable, so we were bumped to a different room type. Outside door was stuck, so we had to walk around the building. A few loud guests from a wedding. But staff was attentive and rooms were clean.

Nice property, bed was very firm and pillows appeared to be in need of retirement. Parking is absolutely horrible. Neighbor is Trades Joe's so no parking until the store closes.

All the little things done perfectly. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. Wifi was a little slow but other than that perfect.

Great hotel. Each suite has a separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast is decent. Trader Joe's next door make it very easy to cook.

Im giving it two stars only due to the fact I some how didn't catch aids. We caught the illegal immigrant room service spying on us and watching our 16 month old son sleep. Don't bother putting the little card on the door to not be bothered cause well hey they don't care and get offended that we dare use their dead bolt. We caught them smoking weed and meth in their employees room and when we went to complain they ran over there before we could get there and in fact said it was us who was doing illegal drugs and then decided to charge us a $250 charge for smoking?? We have a toddler ,I have asthma and my lady is straight edge. Be careful

Great staff. Wonderful breakfast and social hour. The staff was top notch and really made you feel at home. If you want to feel as if you're more in an apartment rather than your typical hotel room, this is one to consider. Fabulous location with a Trader Joe's and a few restaurants within walking distance.

I had a great visit...the rooms were great and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good...better than I normally get when I travel for work.

Hotel was great! Right off the freeway with easy access. Next to a Trader Joe's which was a nice addition. Rooms were clean and put together very nicely making our stay at the hotel even more easier and pleasant. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Good place, clean and good service. We needed linens for the pull out bed bed and they brought them right up. The breakfast is great, they have everything you could want.

The bed wasn't great and neither was the service. We had to ask for a pack and play three times before the delivered it ok

I always like staying with Homewood Suites in road trips because they always gives a feeling of home. Some of the hardwares in the room could be found a little aged, but everything we needed was there. The only thing I would complain was the sofa; it was too soft to provide enough support.

Highly recommend this facility. You can tell the staff enjoy working here and they take care of this hotel. The complimentary breakfast is extensive and very tasty. Never seen a hotel breakfast with so much fresh fruit.

Typical homewood..... Except there is fast internet which is free. So happy I stayed here!

I stayed in one of the suites a couple of weeks ago with my sister, her husband, and their 1 year old for a wedding they would be attending that weekend. They suite had everything and then some that we needed for our stay especially with the baby! The staff was super friendly and courteous; even brought up a high chair to the room. I slept on the pull out couch which was surprisingly very comfortable. I even lost an earring during my stay and they are now Fedexing it to me! Oh and the breakfast in the mornings is absolutely delicious. After such a great experience, I will be sure to recommend them to anyone that ever asks me for advice on whom to stay with when they travel.

The breakfast and dinner buffet is free and the hot food is always a nice change from the stale cereal at most hotels. The rooms are spacious as well.

Fantastic. Even during the pandemic- they were wonderful. Jessica particularly was spectacular.

This was a great Hilton to stop at on the way to Central coast.it is right next to a shopping center that has a trader Joe's literally right next door. Rooms were cute and clean. I would definitely stay here again. It was pretty easy to get to from the freeway.

What a patient, helpful, and kind management and employees. Every time I stay there it always a pleasant experience. They run a tight ship. Make sure all your needs are met in a timely fashion . I would definitely recommend staying here. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Great breakfast.

The staff was super nice! The rooms were spacious and very beautiful, included a full kitchen: sink, fridge, dish washer, AND plates and cups! I HIGHLY recommend it! They also have complimentary breakfast and dinner. I only got to try the breakfast but it was very Good, you can make your own waffles! Beautiful outdoor pool and bbq area as well!

Suite is lovely, good shower, good mattress. Full breakfast, and dinner 4 times a week. Great staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

Great place, big room. Included a room, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Had a fantastic breakfast every morning. All workers were very helpful.

The area of the Suites is very open. All rooms have a living room, full kitchen and separate bedroom. Breakfast is also complementary and complete. Everything in the room is very well maintained and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The unconscious is that the parking lot is small and fills up fast.

Decent hotel and the suites are nice A small kitchen and really not a dining table per se but a table to eat with a living room and then a full separate bedroom only thing is the bathroom is in the bedroom which would not be my favorite when sharing space. parking lot can get crazy busy since it's next door to trader Joe's. However it's really convenient to have it next door breakfast looked just average so i skipped it.

Everything was right here. The reception was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious, well equipped and clean. The breakfast is extensive and left nothing to be desired.

Great hotel for families and traveling on business. Check in was really easy and convenient through the Hilton app. It was great having a separate living room area from the bedroom. The full size kitchen is great for longer stays. The hotel is in a great location, close to the freeway and a lot of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

It was very nice staying over night with my 4 grand children. We really enjoyed the pool and ppl keeping social distance with facial masks on.

Good value hotel. Suites are on the smaller size but adequate. 2 hob cooker microwave and fridge freezer in room. The King suite is ok for 2 adults and 1 child but you could squeeze another child on the sofa bed.

Good room service and food included Mon to Thursday. That includes breakfast and a evening meal but it's limited choice so don't complain when you don't get what u want. Check in was simple.

Staff were very polite and professional. Wifi is good and there is a hard wired network socket in the room. Only thing that stops this place from getting 5 stars is the rooms are on the cosy size. Also location.

Its a minimum of 50 mins from LA with no traffic. If you are driving to Anaheim it takes over 1 and a half hours on a good day.

Loved it here! Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet! The staff was awesome as well. The outdoor pool was clean and warm, and my son loved the putting green!

Stayed at this hotel because it was a good jumping off point to go to Disneyland in the morning. It looks as though they put a lot of money and time into the common areas. The room was clean but starting to look a bit warn. I think it was mostly the carpet. I enjoyed the managers reception. It included cheese steaks, dries, beer and wine. Sandwiches were decent, wine was Shaw, beer was 805 (which I like). Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great experience! Surprised for 3 star hotel, cleaner then Embassy suits we usually use. Perfect for family, felt like home. Small kitchen, pull up sofa for our daughter and nice bedroom with bathroom. Room was very clean and pretty updated. We were given early check in, which we requested. Definitely would recommend! Trader Joes right next to the hotel if you need to buy food, snack or staying longer and need to cook.

Cancelled my reservation during the December 2017 fires when I was in TO during a work trip. They wouldn t let me check in via the app because my company wasn t on an approved list of area companies. I asked the front desk to change my check in date as I had to drive back to San Diego for the card only to find out they cancelled my entire reservation.

Manager was not helpful and acted like it was my error that the app didn t work and said they had no rooms available even though I called back within an hour. He gave me the option of driving back and forth to Burbank each day as that was the only hotel he could find with rooms available during December 10th thru 13th, 2017.

Great location, very clean. Really enjoyed their breakfast, will definitely stay here when we visit California again. CANNOT WAIT TO BE BACK IN CALI IN A FEW WEEKS, WILL BE STAYING HERE!

Very nice room/suites. Quiet and amenities top notch.

The room, a handicap-accessable rose bedroom suite, was well appointed, clean, and perfectly comfortable. The additional amenities, including free breakfast and a pool open to 10pm, were great benefits as well. While the view of the Hills out the front door was great...the proximity to the highway was disappointing to say the least.

I'm traveling for business and my stay there was horrible. Housekeeping needs to get it together. They walked in my room twice even though both times I had the "do not disturb" sign on the door. Both times they were males and one of those times was 10 at night and I was just getting out of the shower. Scared the hell out me!!
My co-worker was also staying there in a separate room found bed bugs.
