Sean Kim helped me went through all the stuff I needed to settle in my current place. He has been very patient and extremely helpful in terms of assisting me, not only getting the lease but also after I moved into the place. He was fully aware of the problem of some equipments in the place, such as the dirty blind and the broken range hood. He arranged me people to fix these problem in my first week of settle in.
