Jeffrey Lu has been taking care of us as tenants for almost a year now. He really was a pleasure to deal with when my partner and I were looking to find our first place: he went the extra mile to make sure we were given as much consideration as others who had much longer rental histories than we did.

Throughout our stay, he's been an indispensable point of contact, always quick and professional in his responses and never displaying annoyance at any inconvenience we've had to subject him to.
