Worked with Garrett to buy a new 2019 Buick regal tourx, contacted him on my way home from work late on a Friday night (6pm!), when i arrived, the car was out front and ready for a test drive! Went over the paperwork, he got a coffee for me and set me up on the computer to look over accessories while financing was setup, he filled me in on all the cool things this car does and i was out the door by 7! I had to drop off my truck at home in Onsted and come back for it after they close and when i arrived after 8, he was still there to make sure everything was good! Highly recommend the entire staff at Victory!

Excellent experience from the minute I walked through the door! A welcoming hello from every staff member that I came in contact with. I felt welcomed and at ease immediately. Brandon and Elizabeth went above and beyond what I expected. My vehicle requests were not an easy task, but they worked very hard and provided me with a beautiful 2017 Traverse that I absolutely love!! This vehicle they found for me was above all my expectations and within my price range!!! Can't get any better than that! You guys are amazing and I really appreciate your hard work!!! Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend this dealership!!!

I've been having a lot of bad luck and problems with my Saturn ion that I bought from someone. Replacing the water pump happens to cost an outrageous amount, but not with the help of Ken Markham (parts manager) of Victory Chevrolet in Milan! He helped save me a lot of money compared to what I would have paid at any other dealership or shop while putting a smile on my sad face. Thank you Ken for giving me the best deal!

Wynter Kniffen and Lauren Fryman did a great job assisting me with my car purchase. Lauren promptly contacted me after I expressed interest in a car online. Once I arrived at the dealer Wynter greeted me and took care of everything. I had been to a few other dealers in the area and left as their sales process was difficult with the sales game. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and smoothly the entire purchasing process went with Victory Chevrolet!! There wasn't the usual back and forth with the guy behind the wall. When I came in to complete my paperwork Justin Flood had everything ready, he explained everything clearly and I was done with the paperwork in just a few short minutes. I can't say enough good things about Victory Chevrolet and their team!!

We enjoyed the service and attention that we got from Wynter. She truly worked with us and didn't make us feel that she was trying to just make a sale, but helping us meet our needs. BJ the Financial Supervisor was great also. This is our second car purchased from Victory Chevrolet Buick and we are sure that we will be back. We are also telling our family and friends about you all.

I spent $2000 in service only to find out they lifted my car wrong and bent the front fenders, now they stick out. I only left this review after I got no where with them when I complained about it right after the incident. I did not even know they replied to this complaint until I looked at my review 7 months later. I do not even have the car anymore.

To be honest, I normally only write reviews for poor experiences, and hardly ever for a good experience. However, these guys definitely deserve a positive review.

I came here to purchase a pre-owned Lexus, and to say it was easy is an understatement. DJ, Brandon, Justin (I know I'm forgetting some other names, sorry guys!) were super helpful, and they had everything ready to go when I came over to do the paperwork.

I'm still kind of in disbelief how easy the whole process was, and I felt hardly any pressure, very rare for a car dealership. I haven't been to too many, but these guys are definitely the best in my book. 5 stars.

It was the worst experience I've ever had for being my first new car.
The salesman Rocky lied to me, D J the financial specialist lied to me, Brandon Garvin the sales financial manager lied to me.
It was actually you absolutely a nightmare!
I would never do business with Victory Chevrolet Buick in Milan again!

I texted these guys from their web site to start the conversation about a car they posted online. I asked if I could get the price they advertised and they said yes. I drove over forty miles to go to this dealer because they had the car I wanted. 1.5 hours later I walked out with a good deal. I couldn't bring the car home that night but they delivered it the next day. A very awesome experience. I recommend Victory Chevy in Milan.

Victory Chevrolet's service department is totally clueless. We have a utility van that was stalling. We had it towed to Victory. They were able to start it immediately and called us and informed nothing was wrong with the van. A week later, the van stalled again and we had it towed to Victory. Same thing, it started up and they called us to come pick it up and claimed nothing was wrong with it. The following week, it stalled and we had it towed to Victory. After spending 4 days "diagnosing" the problem, they called and informed me a battery post was loose and we needed a new battery. They replaced the battery and the problem still persisted. We suggested checking the fuel pump, which they did check, and confirmed it was bad. They replaced the fuel pump and everything work for a few weeks and the van stalled again. At this point, I may look like an idiot for taking the van back to Victory, but at this point I am $1,100 into this with repairs and towing fees and feel Victory should now take responsibility. As of writing this, Victory has had the van for 5 days and it is just now being looked at. My business relies on having our vans running and in service. When they are down we are losing money and Victory Chevrolet is costing my business money. Looks like I need to find another option for service.

I bought a 04 avalanche in September for $10,000 from the beginning I had to take it back 4 times in my warranty period they kept playing games trying to do anything they could not to fix my truck. 3 months later I've already put $1500 into it and today find out it needs another $3500 in repairs to the engine manifold and other parts. Victory Chevy is not where I'm getting my next vehicle. And I drove over a hour to then hoping not to buy a pos

Nice people but my truck blew out a brake line on the highway and had a leaking head gasket. Was given a 90 day warranty, but was too far away to bring it to the dealership when the brake line blew out on the highway... When I was nearby, they told me it was a 3,000 mile warranty after the head gasket failure (I was about 300 miles over at that point). Bottom line, don't rely them being helpful after the sale, don't trust their mechanics if they do an inspection on the vehicle, and remember that there are other competitively priced dealerships not far away...

My family bought all our Buicks through Randy Wise Buick, and they have taken cared of us in the past. Now that the dealer is Victory Buick, they STILL continue to take care of us. I recently had to do some warranty work done to my 2012 Buick Regal GS. I was approaching 50k miles, and I had a laundry list of items. Within a few days Victory diagnosed and completed ALL the work, plus gave me a loaner car --2015 Chevy Cruze. Even with a new owner, they display what true customer service is. Thank you Mike, Pat and Edwin for doing superb work. Victory Buick has gained a loyal customer.

i will never buy a car anywhere other than Victory Chevy in Milan. They Made the experience simple and quick. I didnt feel like i was being Upsold anything. I went in and told them exactly what i was looking for and I was driving my new car a few days later. The staff was all very proffesional and friendly especially Sean Johnson who made my experience so simple and Jimmy Beranek who walked me through all the amenities of my new car. I would refer anyone i Know here for their next Car purchase.

The only reason it has one star is because it has to.. I normally go to a different dealership but I thought I would try a different service department. I told them I did not need my tires rotated, they let me know that the cost was only $3 additional. I assured them that I didn't need it because I had my tires from another location and they had just been rotated. (Other company told me to not have them rotated too often or could void warranty on my tires).

They rotated the tires anyways, and when I protested, they practically patted me on the head and told me all was fine. The service guy also didn't add the coupon right away, said he forgot. He did add the coupon after, but this whole experience made me feel like I wasn't being heard at the dealership. Don't know if it was because I was a woman, or they just didn't care.

I bought myself a new truck and less than 2 weeks later I bought my wife a new Malibu both times my experience was A1. My salesman Matt, the general manager Chad, the finance guy Justin and even the guys who detailed my car were very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be buying cars here for a long time.

Like many others, I was not excited to go thru the process of being 'sold' a car. I went to Victory after a friend recommended I go see Rocky. He put me at ease with his enthusiasm for Chevrolets and his empathy and humor totally erased any skepticism I had about stepping into a dealership. After turning in my Kia Soul, I am now leasing a Malibu and I LOVE driving this car. Better milage/Smaller payments...Thanks Rocky!

I thought I was getting a good deal for my first car, but once I bought my car from them, the problems never stopped. The second day I had this car, the engine light went on. It kept coming on and then my car started stuttering. I had to go in like three times before I could get anything done. All of this was within the first 30 days, and I had to get the cam shaft sensor replaced and they made me pay it out of my own pocket because they're too cheap. It also turned out that one of the windshield fluid squirt things was broke too. They sold me a lemon. I would never recommend going there.

Brian Conaster is an excellent service manager. I was having problems getting an appointment to have the drivers side window looked at (it was stuck open in the middle of the winter) it is a Certified Pre-owned vehicle. I emailed Brian, he got me in that afternoon -- his techs fixed it quickly and did a good job. Today, I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation -- prompt and complete service. If you are looking for a first rate service facility for GM service, I highly recommend Victory Chevy Buick in Milan.

I went to the Randy Wise car dealership thinking that I wasn't going to leave very happy based on my previous attempts. I was wrong. My mother just recently bought a new Silverado with the help of Doug Chitren so she suggested I make an attempt. I originally went in with the referral from my mom to talk to Doug but he was helping another customer. Instead I was helped by Jeff Hauserman and he put me in the first car I can actually call my own. This was and is my first big purchase. I went in with barely any credit history and I left with a 2011 Malibu. The staff was friendly, fast and relatable. I have no regrets and I highly suggest working with Randy Wise Chevrolet Buick for your next new or used car purchase.

Bought a used car from them. 96 days later I had to change a 7 year old battery (how that missed the "GM certified" tests is beyond me), 02 sensor, Traction Control sensor...oh, and the Engine.

The service team was useless, and the mangers just said, "that's bad luck man, but we didn't build it."

Sure, they are friendly...because its easier to rip you off if you like them.

Between this, and the poor service my parent got when they bought new here, I encourage people to ALWAYS look elsewhere. You're less than 30 minutes from Ann Arbor to buy, and 2 WAY better service shops that are in town.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the team at Randy Wise Chevrolet. Driving to a very important family event my car began making strange sounds and felt as though I was driving on the rumble strips. Traveling alone, with two hours of the trip under my belt and four ahead of me in the pouring rain, it was evident to me I was not going to be driving anywhere soon. Seeing as though it was 7:45pm on a Thursday I was certain I would be spending the weekend right where I was. Instead, upon hearing my story, Robert Betts and his team kicked it into high gear providing me with a reliable car, free of charge, and the promise to fix my car by the time I was heading home.

Not only did these generous, kind, respectful individuals help me make it to my destination, but my car was serviced and running great by the promised time. The team stayed in communication with me to provide not just updates on the progress but peace of mind. Thank you to the incredible team at Randy Wise Chevrolet. You kindness and generosity has made a huge impact. Thank you!

Victory Chevrolet Buick is always my #1 choice when I need to get my 2010 Chevy Cruze serviced. I applaud the staff for a job well done! Everyone is always so polite and courteous, from the service department crew, sales staff and of course the awesome managers. I can trust my car is in good hands and my dollar is going towards the best care and maintenance at all times. When I'm ready to trade in, I know where I'm getting my next car from!

When selling car doc maintenance package to people, please have you staff make sure that the customers know that this service is only limited to Victory dealerships and where these dealerships are.

Also, ensure your dealership service and scheduling staff knows about this service when called for appointment schedule.

This service is non-returnable (in my case all dealerships are 41mins - 1.5hrs away) - this is really disappointing and frustrating.

I drove two and a half hours across the state to purchase a truck from this dealership. Not only was the truck waiting for me by the front door so I could test drive it but the paperwork took less than an hour. They made the buying experience hassle free and are even delivering the truck to me for no cost. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here!

We brought in our car with over 100,000 miles for service and found that it was time to bite the bullet and get a new or used car. Sean Johnson helped us find the right Buick Encore to leave in. He was patient and helpful, letting us sit in all of the vehicles we were interested in and taking us on a test drive. Sean was really great!

The team at a victory offered, what we thought was a fair price and we went home with our new Encore. DJ took care of us with the paperwork and Chad and Bretch (sorry if I butchered the spelling) in Service were great too!

My wife and I moved to the area a few years ago and have been trying to find a dealership that had the personal feel we were used to and Victory is now our Dealership!

Bought a new cruze from this place, noticed a scratch on the driver rear door. Told Joe the salesman about it, he said he would call us to get it fixed. Three weeks later no phone call. Went to see Joe at the dealership, he pretty much gave me the cold shoulder and ignored me. If that's the type of service to except, I will take my business elsewhere!!!!
P.s. it shouldn't be my job to reach out to the dealer to resolve this issue!!!! If they want me back as a customer they should be reaching out to me!!!! Just saying!!

If i could give this place zero stars I would. I bought my Camero here when it was Randy Wise, since the ownership has changed so did the customer service. The service center is horrible! They will overcharge you or tell you that you need certain parts and you really don't need them. I thought I would be buying my Corvett from here but due to the customer service I will be going to Bill Crispin in Ann Arbor. Save your time and money and go to a dealership that will appreciate your bussiness.

Of course the service was amazing, they have to be nice to scam you. We bought a BMW two months later it's sitting in our drive way no longer running where it has been for months now. A family member also purchased a vehicle here around the same time, this vehicle caught on fire two months after buying it. This place is a joke. BEWARE!

I am a first time buyer and was told to check out Victory as my parents bought a vehicle there less than two years ago and my brother just got a new vehicle there as well. I went in to Sean who was just awesome. I was not pushed into buying anything. He genuinely cared about what I was looking for and about getting me the best deal possible that would work with my budget. Sean even came in on his scheduled day off to work with my availability. When he had to step away to assist someone else he made sure I had someone that could give me their full attention through the process. Garrett was the other kind man that helped me out. They both made this scary situation as stress-free and as fun as they could for me. I would recommend going here to anyone that asked! I love the vehicle they got me into and it is a huge blessing!

I felt welcome. The whole time to get the oil change set up and finsihed was really fast.
I appreciate the extra help in getting the cost down since I thought I had a free oil change coming. And so, I was very pleased.
When I got home I did find the paper that was signed by the salesman saying I had 2 Free oil changes coming to me. Shawn was mt salesman. A very good one too.
The men that helped me were very friendly and treated me very well. Thank you!!!

A few months ago I was in search of a new vehicle. I wanted a suv and knew it had to be a GM make. Not knowing what model I was directed to Victory Chevrolet Buick. I went in expecting just to look. It was a toss up between a Buick Encor and Equinox. I left with a demo for the evening to test drive the Equinox which had much more room. After a couple of test drive and overnight demos. I was able to decide on the vehicle of choice. I would say my experience at Vicoty Chevrolet Buick was a good one. I had a very persistant car dealer who did an excellent job setting up my lease vehicle. Would I recommend them to someone else. Most definately and I did. Thank you Maryann Brihghurst.

Terrible customer service, multiple mis-filed paperwork, didn t know basic things about buying a vehicle like you can transfer your plate, (tried to charge me an additional $250), 9 months later they still call me to come in and signed things they messed up like putting the wrong bank on the title. Never offered an apology until I pointed out how upset I was, they just don t care

He treated me like i was family and told me flat out that he wouldnt put me in a car that he wouldnt put his kids in! I received a call about a recall on my Malibu I purchased 2 months ago, made an appointment online and then came into the dealership. When I arrived they did not act like they were expecting me or even know I was coming in. I handed them my keys, sat in the waiting room for maybe 20 minutes, pulled a team member aside and told them I requested a drop off when making my appointment. Maybe another 10-20 minutes later they finally have someone to drop me off at home (just down the street) and I told him to give me a call when my car was done so someone from the dealership could come pick me up. He acknowledged what I said then dropped me off. When I get the call that my car is done they tell me no one can come and pick me up. So, being anemic I had to really bundle up and walk a few blocks down JUST to pick up my car. Needless to say I will never be back.
