I received a call about a recall on my Malibu I purchased 2 months ago, made an appointment online and then came into the dealership. When I arrived they did not act like they were expecting me or even know I was coming in. I handed them my keys, sat in the waiting room for maybe 20 minutes, pulled a team member aside and told them I requested a drop off when making my appointment. Maybe another 10-20 minutes later they finally have someone to drop me off at home (just down the street) and I told him to give me a call when my car was done so someone from the dealership could come pick me up. He acknowledged what I said then dropped me off. When I get the call that my car is done they tell me no one can come and pick me up. So, being anemic I had to really bundle up and walk a few blocks down JUST to pick up my car. Needless to say I will never be back.
