I went to the Randy Wise car dealership thinking that I wasn't going to leave very happy based on my previous attempts. I was wrong. My mother just recently bought a new Silverado with the help of Doug Chitren so she suggested I make an attempt. I originally went in with the referral from my mom to talk to Doug but he was helping another customer. Instead I was helped by Jeff Hauserman and he put me in the first car I can actually call my own. This was and is my first big purchase. I went in with barely any credit history and I left with a 2011 Malibu. The staff was friendly, fast and relatable.
