I like this company. i told them which unit i wanted, brought the deposit and secured the unit. And i can't complain about the staff. Pretty helpful and they are good folks. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a place.

As a neighbor of one of their properties I can testify how crooked they operate. They hire the cheapest labor possible then try to gouge neighbors once the work is done. They asked one neighbor for $400 for the fence while asking the other for $4k! Then try to encroach 1 ft. Into my property.

Huntex Properties has been nothing but amazing. Any questions I have they answer right away. Any issue with the property is solved immediately. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and accommodating. Paying rent has never been easier. I am so happy with my experience with them so far.
