Terrible. There is mold in the apartment. We have sent in a maintenance request, called the office, and contacted the lady personally through text. Her response was that she doesn't deal with that stuff and that she cannot help us. She also told us to call the office....which I had already done. Seems like they'd care about their tenants a little bit more. Not like we miss payments or anything. Never cause trouble. Never complain about the doors not locking. But mold is a HUGE deal. And it needs to be taken care of, but it isn't.
