I am incredibly disappointed with this company. They have great prices on their rentals, but the company has no soul. I was in the same house for 3 years, only ever called maintenance ONCE and was never late on rent. I gave them 30 days notice that I would be out on Jan 31st. They are now trying to squeeze $77 dollars out of me because I did not turn the key in until Feb 4th. What a horrible demonstration of how to run a company.
