Worst red neck owned place I ve ever lived in I would never recommend anyone to move to there properties unless you are desperate...THEIR LIARS THEY HAD MAGGOTS IN THERE CARPET I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT THEY SAID IT WAS FROM MY MOMS KITTEN WHO WAS IN MY APT FOR 3 days you idiots maggots come from moisture not only that the litter box was in the bathroom not on the carpet! I had leaks in my ceilings and walls they put putty on and and painted over it (it still leaked afterwards). I put down a 600 deposit they gave me 200 back lol charged my 85$ for 3 sets of blinds that are 7$ 240 to paint the wall WHICH WERENT DIRTY 87 to clean the carpet which your supposed to do before any one else moves in (but the carpet should be replaced it was gritty and nasty I ve worked in a leasing office before your supposed to change carpet in apt every 5-7 yrs I m sure it s been about 10 year as nasty as it was I never walked on my carpet barefoot) oh this is at Kaylynn apts on Washington not to mention they go into your apt without giving you notice that they ve been in there...HORRIBLE AWFUL SERVICE IF I COULD GIVE 0 starts I would
