Very disappointed. They left a big space between the wall and the backsplash and said they couldn't do anything to fix it. We spent quite a bit of money to have them install all our kitchen countertops along with backsplash. Not professional at all. We could have done a better job ourselves.

We received excellent service from A to Z. Their team was able to advise us according to our needs, samples of finishes were lent to us for validation at home. The production was fast and the final product is impeccable. I recommend the place without any hesitation.

Really disappointed with the service received from this company. They can t seem to keep employees, which has resulted in numerous account reps and miscommunication due to the constant change in employment.

If you re a business thinking about them as a supplier, I would look elsewhere.

A lot of customers complaint about the lack communication between them, store and manufacturer, but as a reasonable customer you have to be part of the solution.

I find it a shame that people who take the time to write comments about suppliers are more often the ones who have not had good service.

For my part I could not ask for a better service. The installers were courteous and did a job without reproach, and this in less than 2 hours.
