Poor communication. They avoid phone calls, don t respond to messages.

After calling multiple times and no returns, I was forced to call Home Depot and see what they could do for me.

Turns out they have a team dedicated to dealing with disputes and contacting this company. That should tell you all you need to know.

They are dealing with them on behalf of me now. Ridiculous it has come to this.

All I wanted to know is when my counters were getting installed, since they didn t make their original promised date of installation.
