It's about dealing with incompetent people, who don't know what they're doing, and don't know the products they are working with. Despite contact, apparently professional at the start, your site will become a real nightmare! At the price you pay for your counter, you have the right to have the counter you originally chose delivered and installed, without scratches, and without other defects. Both customer service and installation service need to be straightened out. And the management of the company should follow its employees much more closely. We will try to deliver merchandise damaged by their lack of know-how, by making you believe that it is normal and usual.

We bought our counter from Home Depot, which had given the installation contract to that company, and we did not receive any support from them in this dispute.

Personally, I had to cancel my contract with them, and turn to another company to save my site. Thanks to their competitor for coming to my rescue! I have seen how important it is to do business with competent and professional people.
