Temporary note: Everything is going exactly as I read before buying my counter from Home Depot. Excellent note for the person of HD, for the one who took the measure and for the installers, no complaints, on the contrary. The majority of the bad reviews seemed to come from the Granit Design reps that we need to communicate with and I have to admit that it goes exactly the way people were saying. The customer service of the people with whom I had to communicate to try to correct the situation (Counter delivered with defects of finish, there are marks of polishing everywhere which would have been done at the factory) is not not at all up to it, they show no empathy or sympathy. Now that they have the contract with Rona in addition to Home Depot, I strongly suggest improving this side of the business and not just expanding and adding installers. My rating will probably be revised when the problem is corrected but we are talking about August when the counter was installed in May (only one employee able to fix the problem for the whole company).
