I'm disappointed. I have had my home insurance with them for 8 years now. I thought that they would help bridge that gap that sometimes occurs between the big insurance companies and the homeowners. When my claim was messed up 4 years ago and then brought to their attention recently, they were great to work with. However, when the insurance company wouldn't cover my roof, I called to get better understanding. I was told that I should feel "lucky" I got what I did and that I should "just go with it." I asked for a copy of my policy and for 8 years my roof was mis-labeled in the policy along with my personal info. When I brought it to their attention they said it must have been an error and that it actually saved me money but they'll fix it. I realized in that moment I wasn't anything special to them. So after hearing that the insurance wouldn't cover me, I turned to them and I got talked down to and told to feel lucky I got what I got. I already got a quote at Farm Bureau. Better coverage, much cheaper than what First Choice could get.

Enjoyed my time with First Choice. Always willing to answer my questions and work to keep my rates competitive. I really enjoy working with Lloyd.

They lady in the office kept telling me that other people in my household are required to be on my policy. I told her that I would be the only one driving the vehicle. She wouldn't take no for an answer. She wouldn't give me a quote unless I put them on my insurance policy.

Best office and insurance agents in town! I was with my previous carrier for years, always thought I was getting great rates, and I was. Dewight Lee asked me if he could quote my insurance and I told him sure, but he would be wasting his time as I thought there was no way he could beat my awesome insurance. Well, I was wrong! He beat it and improved my coverage. I HIGHLY recommend Dewight and his office! Very professional, excellent service!!

I'm giving 1 star and would give 0 if I could. The reason for this is because a couple months ago I added my Chevy Silverado to my policy, and I was told my policy payment would be lower. I was delighted to hear this, until here it is two months later I'm getting statements from my bank that my car no longer has collision coverage, something I had previously for years. Now in order to reinstate something I already had I have to pay twice as much for this next billing cycle, and then HIGHER than my original payment to have something I had previously. I understand it may cost more to have two vehicles on my policy, but it makes no sense to charge me retroactively to reinstate something I should have had all along. Thank you for stealing from me during the pandemic.

Low Costs AND First Class Service!

I'm pretty impressed with First Choice Insurance. Not only did they cut my entire bill in half, their service has been top tier. We recently had an accident involving a deer and our car. I was initially worried about how First Choice Insurance customer service might go. After all, they were a lot cheaper than anyone else I spoke with. Perhaps cut-costs might equal cut-service.
I'm happy to report that I have had every bit of attention that I would have expected from one of the premium-cost companies. This is as high of praise I can offer a company. Low costs and first class service. Five stars- would recommend to family and friends.

We asked for glass coverage. They told us we had it then when it came time to get the windshield replaced find out we don't. Other than that though the experience has been good.

Worst experiences ever I called for over 1 hour to get a hold of some one from 3-4 on a Tuesday. No answer no one called me back, whats the point of having insurance if you can't ever get a hold of sum one, NEVER USE this COMPANY!!!!!! Moreover as you can see they leave early and don't inform customers, is it difficult to change the voice mail to let customers know they aren't open?????

Great company. The are friendly and helpful. We switched to this company a couple of years ago and have not regretting it one bit. Great rates and people.

Started off great, great service and great communication but then just like any other business forgets about you. Called them various times no answer then i tried to call customer service and they couldn't help me. Finally got of hold of them and the way my home insurance was set up was 2 different policies. Finally got that straightened, then something simple a motorcycle quote, called and left message and email!!! nothing for about 3 weeks, finally someone called made a excuse about telephone lines being cut? okay gave her info again and its been more than 1 week and no response. Never do business with them again, currently looking to switch everyone over. I would give them a negative # but i didn't give me that option.
