Supposed to be a fast drive thru: nope.

Supposed to be a fast drive thru: nope.
Got the wrong coffee & had to wait. Not a long line but ended up being a 10 minute stop!
Also, surprise! They don't honor the AARP free donut w a large coffee.
Won't be back!

Manager and 2 of the 3 people making food and drin...

Manager and 2 of the 3 people making food and drinks were not wearing masks while making customers food. Two people walked out because of it. This is the 3rd time this week employees were not wearing masks while making orders. Had to report them.

Feel sorry for the employee it's not coffee they work like bartender a shot of this, skim milk, melt sugar for ice coffee some many flavor have to to wait for a regular coffee, person comes in order 5 different gourmet coffee wait 5 minutes for a simple regular coffee.

Local neighborhood Dunkin Donuts. Literally go there on the daily. Super friendly staff. Drive thru can get a little overwhelming so I always order on my phone app and walk in to pick up. They know me by name and face now so it s always nice to get a friendly hello in the morning.

Not going back to this location ever again. I go to Dunkin Donuts every single day unfortunately this location is one I will not be going to again. bad experience not friendly employees had to have my coffee remade three times had to return my hard donuts and get new ones.
