I haven't been there maybe one day or not but this palace is beautiful and ideally located

Excellent value, excellent service, excellent quality

Unfortunately you must always book well in advance this hotel is almost always full

A magical place where we got married this Saturday, July 7th, 2018.
A setting and a place to take your breath away!
Staff at the small care during this day, we can say that we were welcomed us and our guests as "King".
A meal worthy of a 5 star.
A brunch as we see little (multiple choice and very rich).
Sumptuous and spacious rooms!

Wow, what an amazing palace. Can't call it a hotel but a palace or a castle. You feel ordinary and special as a guest from.the moment you park your car. The rooms are big, the view was incredible. Breakfast was really good and the private beach with sand is exclusive and really cool.

A magical place, a fantastic view of Lake Annecy and an excellent restaurant that cooks ultra fresh products to highlight them on the plate. A treat for the palate and the eyes. Attentive and discreet service.

Wonderful hotel right on the edge of the lake. Lovely rooms of traditional design. We had one with small French balcony with beautiful view over the lake toward a Annecy. It was little out of the way but a short drive to the village where there were a few restaurants and shops. Nice lakeside cafe within a short walk offering lovely snacks and drinks

The place is really amazing, the restaurant located in the rotunda gives you an extraordinary lake view. The brunch is very good. By cons the service is not up to par. Pity.

Staff at the top, room made twice a day, great view of the lake. Small flat: impossible to find without GPS because there are 2 panels that fight duel in the village ...

The hotel, the staff, the restaurant are very nice.
On the other hand the price is quite high, to be billed more 150 when we left because "it smelled like smoke in the room" while we did not smoke in ...

Nice place for a drink. A shame to oblige guests to take their drinks at the entrance of the building and not in the area of the cozy bar. Excellent French service.

By far this was the best hotel i ve ever been to. View,Services, rooms, waiters and food; everything were simply perfect, 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone i know that want to come to Annecy. Thanks to the staff and everyone in the hotel for the wonderful time me and my wife spent there.

If the view of the establishment is breathtaking and impressive, the spa area is beautiful, the service is not up to the prices. The rooms that want to be luxurious are outdated and poorly soundproofed. Beware of the many weddings on weekends. The establishment gives carte blanche to the guests at the expense of the guests of the hotel: prepare cash balls or prefer another establishment ... Perhaps less pretentious!

In a magical setting delight for the taste buds. Everything was perfect.

I called on Wednesday to reserve a table for 4 at the restaurant for Friday. The reservation was taken. I got a call on Thursday night saying that my reservation was not confirmed and that no tables were available. Extremely disappointing !

I love this place. The location is ideal, the service at the top and I am a fan of their interior decoration not to mention the delicious meals. The sommelier makes you discover wines from the region with original flavors. In short, the dream!

extraordinary. everything is perfect: the room, the restaurant, the atmosphere.

A Belle Epoque architecture for this beautiful building overlooking the lake where hospitality and gastronomy are at the party for our greatest pleasure.

The place is beautiful, the view of the lake is sumptuous. The hotel renovated with taste. However the service is not up to par. A multitude of details are unpleasant. We do not help you to get your luggage because the parking is far enough, we do not serve you at the lake, the lights in the restaurant too strong, and too white, although in my opinion there is a dimmer to soften the atmosphere, we start to set up the breakfast while you finish your meal ... A big curtain in the restaurant room could hide all that, but it is not pulled. Waiters bickering, 2 people just for breakfast, while all the tables are full. In short, it takes a real reorganization so that this place really deserves its 5 *, and that one does not have the impression of being in the canteen ....

Completely charming hotel, very well restored, the rooms overlooking the lake are comfortable with a magnificent view, the staff very welcoming and helpful. The very generous breakfast, no complaints, in addition the region is very beautiful between the lake and mountain we do not get bored.

One thing in advance: This is certainly NOT 5 ***** - hotel. If at all a maximum of 4 stars due to the pool and the beautiful park-like grounds. To the detail:
ARRIVAL: We stood in front of the gate and did not know because of the little information, that one must press a certain key combination, so that one is connected to the reception. We have called externally, but we did not open the gate immediately, but only revealed the key combination. After that, we were again connected to the reception. The tone was not really friendly. We did not know that we could drive up to the hotel (we were not informed either), which is why we parked at the park for safety reasons. By contrast, the young man who brought the luggage was extremely friendly and helpful.
RECEPTION: An employee with reddish hair stood out, unfortunately, by his snippy and not service-oriented nature. If you asked him, nothing was possible. If you asked the other front desk staff (especially the other gentleman, tall and with blond hair was very friendly), everything was made possible. We also learned about our dinner reservation: We wanted to push our reservation from 7pm to 8pm. The red-handed receptionist told us that this was impossible (we thought he was kidding). When he called the restaurant, he asked only the following question in French: "Here are guests who want to make reservations at 7pm but want to come at 8pm." Can the guests also arrive at 7:30 pm? " - he did not even ask for the time at 8pm. The reason of the gentleman: That is not possible for the restaurant otherwise, since all come at the same time. In the evening we were with another table the first (!) In the dining room. Other guests came at 8pm or even 8:20 pm. We found that impossible. As I said the other staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful - but it was a pity, that one got a very negative impression by the one gentleman.
ROOMS: Clean, but despite the renovation, there are still old sanitary facilities (especially washbasin & bath). The front door jammed in such a way that it made such a loud, bang-like sound, that the neighbors had to hear this every time. In addition, shower gel and shower gel are simply of the lowest quality and not appropriate: gel-like and unpleasant smelling - something we have received so far in a three star hotel. The staff for the room cleaning, however, extremely courteous, warm and helpful. For the room delivery service we could not find a phone number until the end (and they could not tell us). That was a bit strange.
RESTAURANT: Excellent food with wonderful wines. The older man (probably Somelier), a 33-year-old, rather large waiter and the younger, Asian waiters were all very accommodating, tried hard for an efficient and smooth service. The other service staff, however, had the impression that they still do not know how to operate. The breakfast and the brunch were wonderful - fresh ingredients with fruit, cheese, meat, crepes etc .. At breakfast, however, we were also a bit puzzled, that you have to get the coffee yourself (usually the hot drinks at a 4-5 Star hotel served).
