Yard dogs are complete a** holes. Ran out of time making a delivery there and was swapping drivers with my co driver and both yard dogs came up to me and said we couldn't stay on the property. We told em it will only take 15 minutes to swap and they told us to get off the property. Worst xpo on the west coast. On top of it this company uses other companies trailers as storage. i took plenty of pictures and emailed it to my company

Had a great experience today. Was told they'd arrive from noon to 4pm. Guy arrived at just before noon, smile on his face and quickly derived my 250lb package exactly where I needed it. Your online tracking site is fantastic, was able to track my package across the country. Compared to other negative reviews on Google, I'm hoping they've turned a corner. No problems here. Thank you.

This place is a joke, came in 6 in morning and been told they have no door for me. Finally got the door, now paperwork is not what they need. Got the paperwork, now they have no person available to get this load off my truck. It is only 9 pallets, and it is past 11am and I am still waiting.

I was bringing in a John Deere load. Apparently they were confused as to win on loading times were for that load. I got there at 6:30 p.m. I was told I couldn't download until the next day so I waited. Then I went in that morning and spoke with a different person and they got me on loaded. Really put me in a bit behind

They never answer phone calls, when your finally able to get ahold of someone who answers they're information and eta's continously change. Won't work with you to even will call a pallet at they're dock that is 3 days behind schedule. For your customers sake, use somebody who's reliable (not these guys)!!!!

I usually do not give bad reviews but this company deserves one. I don't know why, but I have been using this freight company for two years with problem after problem after problem. Their shipments hardly never arrive on time. My last shipment was 12 days late that contained food product. When you call them to find out when the product is going to be delivered, they give you the excuse that a "third party" freight company is shipping the product to the location. They never deliver on time and their customer service is horrible.

What sealed the deal for me to write this comment was three months ago they lost a whole pallet worth $2200 that was suppose to be delivered to West Sacramento. I called them and they even said part of their warehouse caught on fire and they lost a lot of product. They told me to just file a claim and I should have no problem getting my money back. I'm not sure why I believed them but I gave them a chance. Three months later I received a denied claim stating there was no proof that product was missing even though it said on the bill of Lading that product was missing. Oh, almost forgot to mention, the denied claim email tactically does not have a phone number to call back a speak with anyone (poor customer service). If XPO wants to prove they have good customer service then they would read this comment and research claim #CC2175232 and fix the problem. I will send out another comment in the next week to let everyone know whether they reached out to me or not. Based on their customer service I've had with them in the last year, I'm sure I'm going to hear crickets.

Not a single person is courteous, well behave and cooperative here at this facility. As a truck driver I usually drop loaded trailer and pickup an empty one.
Sometimes it takes more than 8 hours to get empty trailer. The reason they don t move empty trailer from docks Or they are so slow and they even don t move loaded trailer to dock.

The despatch staff is very rude. Hate to go specially on Sunday or Monday.

Trying to get a gold of the customer services line is almost impossible. The phone line just rings till they answer it it. There no expected time until next caller. Yesterday took me 2 min. to get a person. Today the phones been ringing for 14+ min and still not picked up.

Called numerous times and spoke to many people. Worked out arrangements for my contractor to go pick my shipment up. Promised it would be ther only to have ky contractor be told it was transferr3d to another logistics company. Not even the logistics company it was supposed to go to. They do not answer the ohone until the 20th ring.

Poor customer service and are told what you want to hear and not what is being done. Ultimately costing ke 1/2 my contractor fees for a simple install and have to pay for trips

My package is 30 minutes away from my house and today is the 4th scheduled delivery date. XPO was delayed on the first 2 attempts, lost my package on the 3rd attempt, and is now 2.5 hours late on the 4th attempt. It as absurd that any company would not only miss 4 appointments in a row, but that they would continue to schedule times they were unable to make. The only time XPO called me throughout this whole process was to tell me they found my package after I called and they admitted to losing it. This is a 300lb kitchen island, not a small box of knick knacks.

Terrible. I don't like giving poor reviews. This is an exception. The part I had ordered was to be delivered Monday the 20th. I ended up picking it up in will call on Thursday the 23. After confirming the pick up, when I arrived the part had been loaded into a truck and had to be removed. How does a multi billion company manage this.

If you are delivering load to them, make sure to control the status of unloading. They will not start working until you keep bothering them.
Dropped trailer at noon 01/28 trailer is still not ready till now... 3:11pm 01/29 local time. The only thing they say is call the corporate and complain... Don't book your next load, until you get your trailer unloaded if you are delivering there... it can take up to forever to unload you...

Don't use XPO in Portland!!! Booked highest priority shipment on 09.12.17 @ 11AM for shipment from PDX to Bend. One day promised transit time. I paid an extra $200 for next day. Dock closes at 3. I stay behind 2.5 Hours for pick up. Driver tells me that they have no resources and am spread thin. Next day, shows as "out for delivery". Day after that still not delivered, called XPO. The CS rep, Adam, was great. Found out that it hasn't made it out of the city. Also states, no resources. He does very nicely arrange to hand off the pallets to Roadrunner. It should now be delivered only 2 days late and near double the price. (My customer is now being charged late penalties by the high profile end user due to XPOs negligence.)
I then asked to talk to the area manager. I hold for about 10 minutes and then a voice comes on the line. It was a customer holding to talk to a manager because there shipment hadn't been picked up in 3 days. We talked for a while. He's on the same route. Since we were both holding for a manager we had to hand up and call back. Too bad they didn't pick up their phone again. Must be a lack of resources. My 5 branches and 30 vendors will not be using XPO in the future. The Manager's name is Shawn. Had to give it one star because google doesn't do negative stars.

Boy oh boy, the night shift yard mutts here are a special kind of stupid. I seriously hope they arent breeding. They watch us drop our trailer then pull in front of our truck block us in like they are important and say we hit the fence even though the tail is a good 2 feet off of it with the tire on the curb... they had to get their head moron to walk out and say "no they are good"... If you guys read this, is it crack you are smoking? Or are you really that stupid? Inquiring minds want to know.... please sterilize your children, the bloodline needs to end with you.

My $2000 hand carved 7 piece bedset has been sitting at their warehouse for 7 whole days. They absolutely suck. Been getting the runaround from them. It'll b delivered this day. Now it'll b this day. We'll call u when it's almost there. We don't make phone calls to alert u of it's arrival time. It's lost. It's not lost. Worst shipping company EVER. When they finally delivered it they only delivered half of it. They lost the other half. When they found it and loaded it on the truck they dropped it which broke it and still delivered it knowing it was broken. They suck. The company who was using them as their shipping go to people DO NOT use them anymore since we weren't the 1st mistakes they made that week. Don't use these people please. Ur asking for trouble
