Royal Treatment!
Long time Toyota customer, 1st time at this location. When I pulled in, I was unsure what to do or where to go n before I can read the signs a young man "Chris" waved me over, greeted me and gave me instructions and guided me to "Ruben" service consultant where he took the time to explain process and warn me of the long wait. I chose to stay and wait. Where there is a full service cafe and 2 massage chairs. 1/2 hr earlier than expected my car was ready. Ruben promptly check me out and while I waited for the car. I received a warm friendly farewell from another young man "Kevin" that had taken "Chris" spot. Minor incident not worth mentioning but when I called to tell them, the care, n the apologies, felt so sincere over the phone I decided it was enough compensation not to accept anything else they offered. And besides it didn't cost me anything to correct. Great Job guys!!!

I also had a complimentary car wash which was also nice.

The manager Mr. Clark acted indifferent towards my boss Misha! What an rude person... my boss made a complaint about the horrible service at his dealership, she told him how her assistant drove back in forth 100 miles each way to and from the Coggin Toyota dealership because they promised to sell her a car! Mr. Clark offered my boss assistant a (gas card) for her numerous trips to the dealership only to learn that he was too CHEAP to do so! Very sad and AWEFUL people here, don't trust them ..... he never intended to sale us a car nor treat us with RESPECT. They are FOOLISH and UNPROFESSIONAL they completely wasted my boss time who wanted to purchase a car for her company and they treated her like a criminal I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

I was shopping around for a car for the last 3 weeks, this is the very best car dealer i have been to. Vito Kushelman helped me out, he was so kind and respectful, not pushy at all and all together very helpful. I ended up buying a great, clean, and well maintained, Honda Pilot. I'm hoping to be happy with it in the long- run as well.
The financial part was very smooth and clear as well.
If I ever need to shop for a car again- Coggin Toyota at the avenues will be my first choice to go to!

My Toyota RAV4 had the front passenger seat airbag malfunction symbol light on the display panel.I took my SUV to Coggins .Brittany was my service advisor.She was very patient and courteous although she was very busy.I was asked to wait for an hour.After half hour I decided to go home.Frank gave me a ride home.On teaching my apartment I realized I forgot to take my house key from the SUV.He took me back to the service center.He was very friendly and had a great attitude.No complaints.When I went there Brittany told me the techs were working on it.It might ta day or so to figure it out.So Frank dropped me home.Brittany send me a text on what needed to be done.She said she had order new airbag and other parts.She messaged me again saying that warning light disappeared and nothing needs to be done.She said it s a rare case and did not charge me a dime.Overall ,I m very happy with Brittany , Frank and Coggins for their great service.

I bought a car from Fred Shiroka this weekend and he made the entire process super quick and seamless. He only showed me cars i was interested in and was very honest and thorough from the beginning. I love this dealership for so many reasons. Not only are the professional, clean, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient; they are also compassionate towards each individual need! Ron Povlacion in the service department was quick to lend me his seat when he realized I needed to rest. Mike Adkins was quick to come get my vehicle and get all the necessary repairs documented. Jonathan Masanto came out to me to explain the recall and helped me make arrangements to get a specific rental the following day so I wouldn t miss any doctors appointments. Trina Bergstrom set up the rental and processed all of the paperwork so I wouldn t have to wait too long when I came in for the rental. Alexandria Brown did an amazing job completing the paperwork, inspection and so forth. The men on the floor offered to help transfer the car seat and get me a water. My highlander came back repaired and clean as soon as I arrived. I can t thank everyone enough for the outstanding job, coordination and team work displayed.
This is why I always buy a Toyota! There are always good and not so good shops, but this one, Coggin Toyota At The Avenues, is second to none!
If you desire excellent, top-notch, professional, and caring individual customer service, this is the place!

Absolutely worst service I have ever received in my entire life! My vehicle has been in service for 2 1/2 weeks I have been promised it three times and still have not got it back. There will be much more to follow but in the meantime stay clear of this place it is a absolute joke with horrible management!

The service department staff is always courteous, never a long wait based upon what is being done and their prices are usally considerably cheaper than other places. I have visited other Toyota service centers and none of the others compares to the type of personal customer service you receive from Coggin Toyota at the Avenues.

Used to deal with Mike Hicks back in the day who was an amazing sales advisor but left a while back and no longer works here

Brought in my leased car not too long ago and the service advisor lady gave me a sheet of "recommended" services which included a transmission fluid flush ..first of all for a car that isn't technically mine and had under 30,000 miles...what a joke trying to squeeze cash out of customers like we are a bunch of fools

I went to get my 15,000 service. They were really busy. I was first acknowledged 30 minutes after my appointment time and the wait was several hours after that. The car wash was broken. The most irritating part was that most of the employees acted like you were some kind of an annoyance in their day. The maintenance advisor never said hi or looked at me. He just ignored me when I asked about the car wash - poor social skills. The cashier carried out a personal conversation with her coworker the whole time she was helping me. I will say that the employees in the maintenance lot were really nice, personable, helpful and on the ball- I only gave the place 2 stars and not 1 because of them. Overall... I can't say that I have a reason to come back.

Car was done perfectly and in the allotted time. My only complaint was two times I have been to Coggin and ask them to clean the mess one of their employees made on the door frame on the drivers side. I keep my car clean and resent
The fact that they make a mess with dirty boots and then leave it. I asked the young gentleman upon arrival if they would clean the door frame on the bottom and all black marks they left . He said they would. Two times I have ask for this to be cleaned and it has yet to be done. I came home and cleaned it. Please tell your employees to check the door frames and other area around frame and PLEASE LEAVE IT THE WAY UOU FOUND IT!! CLEANED

If I could leave 0 stars I would, after walking around the store for 20 minutes no one greeted us. There were 5 sales people at their desk playing their phones we had to walk up and ask for help. We grabbed Danial R. and he was very hesitant to help us, stating you have to have money to look at a car . Judging us by our age he assumed we could not afford a vehicle.
The level of service here is amusing, there is none.

We will be taking our business to another dealership that wants to sell cars.

Fast reliable friendly service, my service advisor Ashley Reynolds is awesome!!!!

Service rep was informative and friendly. He even threw in a free car wash. The waiting area is spacious, clean and they offered free drinks and donuts. I also like the large window that opens up into the mechanics area. Overall, it was a great experience.

I went in for service on my 2012 toyota camry and came out with a 2016 toyota Camry.. thanks to Thomas Richard , Ithe was a wonder pleasure doing business with you.. I will definitely come back.

Service advisor kept me informed of status of repair and what new repairs were required. Overall good experience but I have the following complaints:
I was charged double for diagnostic than what I was told it would be and had to point it out to the advisor.
There was a battery special that they did not automatically give me. I had to produce the email with the discount to get it. Would have liked them to give me the advertised special without having to ask for it.
Word to the wise. Check your bill and check for the specials so you don t overpay.

Great service whenever I go. Always friendly and helpful staff. No car wash this time since it was inoperable.

Service Representative Gary was very attentive and pleasant.

Disappointed with the $79 diagnostic fee to tell me the whole screen unit needs to replaced. If this is a common issue with the unit, it seems excessive to charge if you are pretty sure the fix is to replace the whole unit.

I got a nail in my tire. It was getting close to 6pm. I needed to get somewhere to get a new tire. I called Toyota and they told me to come in. My service attendant Ruben was great from start to finish. He got my car in and it was done in less than 30 minutes. Great service!

I went to the Lexus dealer and they wanted $400 to service my car. I went here and they did it for $200. Only problem I have is that they don t have a fridge for there water bottles and no one likes to drink warm water.

From the time we walked out of our car, we were nicely welcomed. It took a few hours to finally decide our new 2019 Highlander was the one but Emmanuel A. was very patient and answered all our questions. We are very happy with our purchase!

Gary is nice guy but too busy. After waiting 2 and one half hours I went to Gary s office to ask him if it was ready, he checked, and it was. So I was waiting and RAV4 was ready to go, not good. Gary mentioned he also likes to treat customers like family but called me by someone else s name when I went to check on my car after 2 and one half hours. If I didn t go down to his office had long would I have to waited in the waiting room? This seems to be a recurring theme when I go to the Coggin. I wait and end up going to the person s office to find out my car is ready. This is isn t on Gary, it s on the dealership. Also, I got a text when I arrived that stated if I have any questions, just text me(Gary). Well I did and didn t get a response. I showed Gary and he said he heard about those but he doesn t have a way to answer those texts.

The sales service at Coggin Toyota at the Avenues was absolutely outstanding! The process of buying a car was easy because everyone was so professional. I love my Camry .. My third one! "Thank you" for making me a very happy customer!
