I love this dealership for so many reasons. Not only are the professional, clean, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient; they are also compassionate towards each individual need! Ron Povlacion in the service department was quick to lend me his seat when he realized I needed to rest. Mike Adkins was quick to come get my vehicle and get all the necessary repairs documented. Jonathan Masanto came out to me to explain the recall and helped me make arrangements to get a specific rental the following day so I wouldn t miss any doctors appointments. Trina Bergstrom set up the rental and processed all of the paperwork so I wouldn t have to wait too long when I came in for the rental. Alexandria Brown did an amazing job completing the paperwork, inspection and so forth. The men on the floor offered to help transfer the car seat and get me a water. My highlander came back repaired and clean as soon as I arrived. I can t thank everyone enough for the outstanding job, coordination and team work displayed.
This is why I always buy a Toyota! There are always good and not so good shops, but this one, Coggin Toyota At The Avenues, is second to none!
