Excellent! I needed routine maintenance performed on my 6 year old Scion. So I decided to schedule an appointment with the nearest Toyota dealership, which happened to be Coggin Toyota at the Avenues. I scheduled an appointment online, and was very pleased with how quick and intuitive it was. I am a brand new customer, and wasn t sure what to expect. But I can confidently say that going forward I will never schedule my routine car service anywhere else! The maintenance was performed without a hitch; the Coggin team was exceptional! Everyone was professional, informative and so helpful, also keeping in contact with me throughout the process. I could not have been more pleased with my experience.
