I went to get my 15,000 service. They were really busy. I was first acknowledged 30 minutes after my appointment time and the wait was several hours after that. The car wash was broken. The most irritating part was that most of the employees acted like you were some kind of an annoyance in their day. The maintenance advisor never said hi or looked at me. He just ignored me when I asked about the car wash - poor social skills. The cashier carried out a personal conversation with her coworker the whole time she was helping me. I will say that the employees in the maintenance lot were really nice, personable, helpful and on the ball- I only gave the place 2 stars and not 1 because of them. Overall... I can't say that I have a reason to come back.
