We were at the emergency department around 1:12PM today, Monday 2019. The employee that assisted us was extremely abusive and no help whatsoever. We have had a good experiences with CHLA in the past but this guy took them off of our list.

This place is so amazing. I've been bringing my son here for sixteen years for multiple surgeries and I'm amazed every time by their quality of care and personal touch with every patient. I wouldn't take him anywhere else, and I will be forever grateful for everyone that works there.

Loved the care and service that was provided to my son. Only set back is their scheduling. My doctor put in the order in January of 2016 and the fastest appointment they said they could give me was Dec 5, 2016. Ridiculous if you ask me.
