I had surgery at CHLA on 3/12/19 for a bone tumor in my ankle. From surgical admitting all the way to me being discharged the hospital staff was amazing. The nurses were excellent, the pain team was always there if I needed them, and Dr. Tolo and his resident were absolutely amazing. They answered all of our questions and reassured us about everything. The hospital is incredible and I see why it is rated so highly. If you or your kid ever need a surgery major or minor this is the place you want to go!
