Who would EVER give any collection agency a 4-5 Star rating? Well anyone who's being collected from anyway!!! I tried calling them today to make my required monthly payment on an old disputed physician's bill (good luck trying to dispute any type of physician's billing)...and tried 4 times. 3 times I got: "The # you've dialed is not in service." ...and 1 time it rang some 20+/- times w/no answer! So...Maybe they've gone OOB!!! ???

Paid $1500 3 weeks ago for a hospital bill that was one day late and sent to collections. Received the letter from this company and paid in full that day. When I called 3 weeks later to ask for proof of payment I was told they don t send receipts. Once I explained that I d paid them $1500 and I need proof of that or else I would reverse the charge through credit card company they agreed to send paid statement. The female representative was rude and totally unprofessional.

I actually had good experience with these guys with some medical debt but now I've been trying to call and pay off my small bill for over a week and I sit on hold for about 20 minutes and then it says "all representatives are busy right now" and hangs up on you! I will be VERY angry if they send my account to the credit agencies even though I have been trying to call.

Have called seven times so far. Trying to make a payment for my sister. My sister's account was inappropriately turned over by the Guthrie clinic in Corning, NY. I've been disconnected twice; and no one seems to answer during the day. To top it off the $30 ish dollars isn't even owed. She has Medicare and Medicaid to cover all of her medical bills. Out of seven calls I've talked to a person twice, first time they would take the payment because I had her birthday off by. A couple of days. Then just now they wouldn't take the payment because I was unsure of the exact amount. Having left the piece of paper I wrote down the amount on at work. They really are not someone I would recommend to do collections for me or my company or anyone's company.

Also endless loop. I read a review that listed some extensions. I tried the 323 suggestions and got a voicemail for "cindy". I left a message but will also try Nacny and whoever else is listed in the very helpful review with the extensions listed. Ridiculous company. I clearly went to school for the wrong thing. SMH

This company is a pain to get in touch with! I tried calling several times from my cell phone and got the continuous loop like others! The recording tells you to enter the extension, if you know it, or press 1 to continue. When I tried from a landline, I pressed one and finally got in touch with a lady. When I asked for her direct extension, she said, "We don't have extensions." I mentioned that the recording asks for you to enter the extension number. Her response was, "That must be for a different department." The last I knew, there is only one department in this said law firm! Absolute worst "Law Office" that I have encountered to date!

My mother in law had a medical bill at this place. She called. The person she spoke to was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. My mother in law was able to settle the debt in a way that made both parties happy. Kudos to Burr and Reid for their professionalism and helpfulness.

Awful company , I did not realize I had the debt and instead of making a phone call . They just put this on my credit. To make matters worse it was a medical bill , I paid with an FSA and was accepted at the time of payment kicked back weeks later . Still no phone call , just put it back on my credit. Now they never answer the phone. This is criminal....
