Bad experiences . If you have choices ,don't go there.Super confused customer services ! Before I went to there ,they called me to confirmed the appointment . I gave them all the information they need . Then two days later ,they called back to ask again .then said they cancel the appointment,and they will call me back to see when Is the available appointment time . I wait for them ,but they never calls back . However ,I called them to see what's going on .at this time ,they said they couldn't fould my kid's information .at the last they figure out they put the wrong last name of my baby . Then they said they will update it and call me back later . Of course they never calls back .This is only little details . They most frustrated part is , they didnt call back ,butIThey sent the confirmed appointment text message for me on Thursday 2pm. Then I put "yes" ,and get a day off ready to see the doctor . Then , we drive all the way to there ,spend 1hours and 15 mins ,because the traffic is bad ! When we arrived ,they told me they cancel the appointment again . And nobody know what's going on . I show them the message they sent .they let me to go to the patients relation department to complain . At the last ,nothing change ,we couldn't see the doctor even though we got the comfrim ed message form them .super bad experiences !
