I've had 2 bad experience with Kristin. She shouldn't be interacting with people. The last one was the worst I've ever been treated by any representative of a business . Kristin led me on that I stood a chance of getting a home. Telling me the decision would be made by the owner 3 different times and then never returning calls. She kept referring to the owner only to find out she was the owner. Why screw with peoples lives this way? Kristin has absolutely no compassion or empathy
for people. Kristin and people like her are not good enough to be cleaning toliets for a living. What a horrid business women she is. Then after she led me on for close to a week and I still requested her help she ignored me. Stay away from this company. There's too many other Management companies around to have to support cabesthomes.com

California Reality Group is always professional and handles all matters in a timely fashion mainly Heather, she has been great with helping me get the AC replaced in the home and the owner was very easy to work with in helping getting this matter resolved. The timing was great as the temperatures are triple digits and I have family visiting from NJ. I had a bee infestation in my bathroom fan vent and Mercedes got pest control out to my place within an hour. I greatly appreciate the effort she put in to getting this scary issue resolved.

David with California Realty had to come out a couple times to inspect and then repair a water leak for us. He was extremely professional and very kind! He was in and out in no time and had it all repaired!

I m very impressed with the service that this office offers. I left the other property management office When my home remained during the summer months unoccupied without any major intervention by the leasing agent. After I transferred my business over to those guys I was receiving weekly, if not more often, calls to update me on the status of my homes. That included any rare adjustment deemed necessary to adjust to market needs. Before a month was over both of my homes were occupied and at very descent rate.
What made me even more impressed is that I m receiving a quarterly report about the condition of my homes, after being physically visited by one of their inspectors. I thought that was unprecedented.

We have always been able to count on the CRG Team to manage our rental properties professionally. Whether Doreen is marketing for new Tenants, Heather is finding a contractor for an emergency repair or providing an update on Tenant issues or Kristin is answering our questions about the local real estate market, CRG has been our preferred management company since 2008 and we are as pleased with the service now as we were then. The fees are reasonable and we would not trust any other company.

It's been almost two years since hiring CRG to manage my rental property and am extremely pleased with their tenant placement, responsiveness in coordinating between landlord and tenant to resolve any maintenance issues, advance rent deposit, and eviction protection. Garage Door Opener replacement was completely handled in under a week. The previous opener had seized and I had to manually open and close it, which required locking from the inside.
Once reported, California Realty Group, Inc. sent out Handyman James Hobbs who made a proper assessment and repair in under 5 days. The new opener works perfectly and my life goes on.

Heather was very helpful with a landscaping project at my rental house. The project involved work with several vendors for over a month. Heather was very helpful coorinating the project and always available to answer questions.

The tenants informed CA Realty that the AC stopped working:( Heather immediately contacted me via email and voicemail. Heather scheduled ProFlo to assess the problem. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit needs to be replaced :(.

5 Stars***** I have used CRG to manage my property in Riverside for almost 5 years! At first, I tried to manage it on my own but because my rental property is located close to 2 hours away from me, I had a very difficult time managing, communicating, and providing my tenants with all their needs. Ever since I enlisted the help of CRG, I pretty much don't have to do much but sit and watch my monthly rent deposit into my bank account. CRG provides amazing customer service to both the tenants and property owners. I have never had to talk to any of my tenants directly, the company let's me know what the renter's needs are and they quickly problem solve the situation. This month my renters requested a pool gate for the property. Heather Sauer contacted me and acted as the liaison between the renters and the vendors. She gave me 4 different options of fences with 4 different vendors. Even when I dropped the ball and ignored her emails to confirm the pool fence, she was patient and friendly with her reminders. I'll be honest, I am not in the business of pool fences so after discussing the options with Heather, she helped me choose the best choice for my renters. After I gave the approval of the pool fence, the process took about a week to be installed. They are so on top of the vendors. I was then sent multiple pictures and videos of it to confirm the completion of it. I didn't even have to make the drive out there. Renters, keep in mind... If you don't think you are getting the best customer service from CRG, it could actually be the owner's fault. I admit, with a full time job and a family... sometimes it's difficult to also manage a property that is not close to me. But luckily, I have the help of CRG to do everything for me and to keep me in line. I know I am happy with the results and I truly believe my tenants are happy too. I would highly recommend this management company for both property owners and tenants. And I want to thank Heather Sauer for keeping me in line and encouraging me to fix any problems in a timely manner. I would never go anywhere else!!!!

I applied for a rental property. I was told by Yvette that I was the only person applying for the home. My references were checked, my landlord provided great feedback, my credit was ran. The day before the showing of the property, I was told by Jennifer that a decision was made to go with another applicant whom applied before me. This could not be accurate because I was specifically told that I was the only applicant. Furthermore, why would my references be verified and credit checked if there was an applicant before me? I feel as if I was discriminated against and I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please don t spend your hard earned money with this company. I was completely scammed.

Service calls used to take several calls before they were taken care of. We'been renting with this management group for almost three years. In the last year the service call responses have greatly improved. Only takes one call to get things moving. They also use great contractors. The work is always done well.

CRG is a professional organization that handled our rental in the most efficient manner possible. Our renters moved out end of May and they had a newly qualified tenant by June 18th. Our unit needed some repairs, carpet cleaning and a full paint job. They handled all of it, gave us comprehensive bids and timeline for work completion. They executed all this flawlessly. There was very little we had to do, they took care of it all. Gavin and team is always there to answer your questions, he is honest, resourceful and knows his stuff. He even handled the transition from our former prop mgmt company. We had no idea what we were missing. Top notch service, we are so happy. I also appreciate the comprehensive web portal that keeps us informed with handy docs and statements. I could go on and on. They are true Pros!! Thank you for everything!

California Realty Group has been very attentive and prompt in handling any maintenance issues that arise. We were not satisfied with the carpet upon move in and they completely replaced carpet for 2 rooms in one afternoon. I enjoy my home very much and love the big yard.

I ve lived in my current home three years and have had zero complaints or issues. I primarily work with Mercedes, however the team as a unit has been great to my daughter and I. Fairly quick response times and manageable and flexible hours for both tenant and company. Only positive vibes on my end

I am relocating from Orlando to California for work I needed a home for me and my family asap. This realty Group met all standards and above. Every one was professional at a levels But big thanks to Divina and Mitchell I couldn't have had it better thanks guys.

They will take your money for an application, and blame Covid as the excuse. This place is a joke, I worked for multiple real estate companies and you are to base your decisions on tangible qualification, not a feeling you have about a "career" that your applicant is in. Take the house off the market and stop stealing people's money, especially during a pandemic, seriously this a pathetic money grab from families that need it.

Home owner beware! When tenants put in home repair request California Realty Group hires some low budget handyman to do the repairs when often times a certified plumber, electrician etc.is required. Some examples include...ceiling paint used to paint interior walls, Drywall screws to hang window sliders with no fasteners, ceiling light fixtures not properly wired, plumbing leaks etc. Advise homeowners to request photos of completed home repairs.

He actually fixed the faucets unlike the maintenance man they used to send who would just put some cocking on everything thing and leave, this time much better! We moved into our rental a couple of weeks ago and things weren't smooth from the beginning as far as appliances and home repairs. California Realty Group took care of each problem thanks to the efficiency of Nicole Garwood at the maintenance office who has been very helpful, kind and considerate with our needs communicating with the owner to get things taken care of. It hasn't been a full month in our new place but I'm very thankful for Nicole!

What a nice company! I called the office yesterday morning to let them know that my garbage disposal was leaking and they had someone out without hours to have it replaced! I was really blown away by how quickly everything was taken care of and how much everyone at California Realty Group cares. I've been renting with this group just under a year and every time I deal with them, they are so friendly and helpful. I've had bad experiences with other companies in the past but ever since I've rented with this company, I have nothing but great things to say!

I am this company's biggest cheerleader and will write as many good reviews as possible because I believe they should be rewarded for the job they do and also because I think others should also know about their quality service. I bought 2 rental homes in California on the advice of my CPA and have been happy with my investments. I bought 2 short sales in 2010. The listing company on one was California Realty Group. The agent was Kristin Schlansky. The transaction went so well and I was very impressed with how Kristin handled everything. It turned out that she also does property management and I contracted both properties with her and I have been so pleased with how things have gone. The same courtesy and professionalism she brought to the sale has carried through to the management of my properties. She knows what she is doing, is amazingly responsive, corresponds regularly and watches out for my interests. Vacancies and repair costs have been minimal and the tenants over the past 8 years have been quite good. Her fees seem very reasonable and not once have I felt taken advantage of even though I live in Virginia. I highly recommend this company and Kristin Schlansky.

CRG is the best property management company I have used for my rental property. The keep the places rented with good tenants, they are good at coordinating repairs and their management fees are very reasonable.

Great company! They are accomodating and attentive. I ve been renting from CRG for 2 years, and I am very happy with them. My AC unit recently broke, and when I contacted heather (their maintenance person) she immediately scheduled a third party company to come out. 26 hours later my AC was running. It s the middle of summer, so I am truly appreciative.

Renter Review

This review is based on being a renter for one of the properties that they represent. My overall experience for total of 2 years was GOOD and professional. Repairs if any were done in a timely manner. I guess getting repairs done in a timely manner also depends on the home owner of the property, mine was GREAT. One of the things I really didn't care for much was the inspection checks on a quarterly bases. All though I understand why they do it, still some what of a pain.
I would rent another property from CRG as they are fair and honest with myself and family the entire time renting one of their properties. When it came to move out, I was honestly scared and nervous as I felt like I went above and beyond to clean and make sure the place was ready for move in. I read some other reviews and was worried. The 21st day came around and I was able to pick up my deposit refund at there office and was extremely happy that they did me right! I was happy to see my refund and happy that they appreciated the cleaning work I put into it. Thank you again CRG until we meet again. Everybody has there own experiences, I can tell you mine was good. I was worried at the end but I was happy to see the end results.

When Michael needed help or asked Miss. Gutierrez a question in completing her application, Miss. Gutierrez was very respectful and very professional in her response to Michaels needs.
I have made it a habit through-out my life to inform employers / Marines of people I have dealt with to give them my feedback on the dealings I have had with them and their employees. Some good and not so good. But when I come across that one person that just fits my style of people I would hire if I was still in the work force. I have to speak up. Worst realty management company I have ever had to utilize. Their maintenance department is grossly mismanaged and lacks professionalism. Must make numerous trouble calls and call backs to fix simple issues like a door knob or sink stopper. The residence was turned over to us covered in filth, and we had no choice but to accept as we had all our belongings in the trailer. The main office also has numerous issues controlling simple things like taking or passing on messages to fellow employees. Have had several appointment with them that they either failed to show up for or the house they were scheduled to show, they had no access to.

poorly managed company as a whole. From one home owner to another, if you are looking for a good property manager....please, do yourself a huge favor and avoid California Realty of Murrieta.

This company has helped me buy many rental properties that they then have managed. I have done extremely well on the purchases and all the properties have been great producers. I trust the company owners because they have advised me well and they have done a great job managing the rentals. My vacancies have been few and short lived. Most of the tenants have been excellent and the couple of bad ones have been dealt with quickly and professionally. Both Kris and Gavin are extremely responsive and their employees are very friendly and professional. This is a very well run company and I am a very pleased client. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I was extremely hopeful when it came to working with this company. We applied to rent a house from them and we were very punctual will providing all requested information. We were never informed that we did not get the property. We found out that the company chose a different family only by seeing the rental was not longer listed as available. We chalked this one up to a loss and a fluke on CRG's part as they seemed very professional up to this point. Fast forward a week and we applied for a second property with CRG. 13 days after our requested move in date and well after our application was processed we received an email notifying us that we were not chosen for this home either. It had been so long that we forgot we even applied for the property. Luckily we found a reputable company that found us a house and the lack of communication from CRG did not affect us.

Lords. Very unprofessional. Will lie, cheat and steal to keep your deposit. Run far. I reviewed them a few years ago and magically that review and many other truthful reviews telling the absolute facts of how they lie and treat people good paying tenants and clients like trash and Details about this joke of a company are deleted and all of sudden there s all these good reviews. It s insane. What did you do pay these people to comment or tell them you d give them a discount? You re a joke and there s plenty of us that no the truth about your scamming thieving company.
