They will take your money for an application, and ...

They will take your money for an application, and blame Covid as the excuse. This place is a joke, I worked for multiple real estate companies and you are to base your decisions on tangible qualification, not a feeling you have about a "career" that your applicant is in. Take the house off the market and stop stealing people's money, especially during a pandemic, seriously this a pathetic money grab from families that need it.
