I applied for a rental property. I was told by Yvette that I was the only person applying for the home. My references were checked, my landlord provided great feedback, my credit was ran. The day before the showing of the property, I was told by Jennifer that a decision was made to go with another applicant whom applied before me. This could not be accurate because I was specifically told that I was the only applicant. Furthermore, why would my references be verified and credit checked if there was an applicant before me? I feel as if I was discriminated against and I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please don t spend your hard earned money with this company. I was completely scammed.
