CA REALTY GROUP

I m very impressed with the service that this office offers. I left the other property management office When my home remained during the summer months unoccupied without any major intervention by the leasing agent. After I transferred my business over to those guys I was receiving weekly, if not more often, calls to update me on the status of my homes. That included any rare adjustment deemed necessary to adjust to market needs. Before a month was over both of my homes were occupied and at very descent rate. What made me even more impressed is that I m receiving a quarterly report about the condition of my homes, after being physically visited by one of their inspectors. I thought that was unprecedented. Thank you Kristin and company. For sure I m spreading the word around to my friends who have similar investment homes
