Worst realty management company I have ever had to...

Worst realty management company I have ever had to utilize. Their maintenance department is grossly mismanaged and lacks professionalism. Must make numerous trouble calls and call backs to fix simple issues like a door knob or sink stopper. The residence was turned over to us covered in filth, and we had no choice but to accept as we had all our belongings in the trailer. The main office also has numerous issues controlling simple things like taking or passing on messages to fellow employees. Have had several appointment with them that they either failed to show up for or the house they were scheduled to show, they had no access to.

poorly managed company as a whole. From one home owner to another, if you are looking for a good property manager....please, do yourself a huge favor and avoid California Realty of Murrieta.
