Renter Review

This review is based on being a renter for one of the properties that they represent. My overall experience for total of 2 years was GOOD and professional. Repairs if any were done in a timely manner. I guess getting repairs done in a timely manner also depends on the home owner of the property, mine was GREAT. One of the things I really didn't care for much was the inspection checks on a quarterly bases. All though I understand why they do it, still some what of a pain.
I would rent another property from CRG as they are fair and honest with myself and family the entire time renting one of their properties. When it came to move out, I was honestly scared and nervous as I felt like I went above and beyond to clean and make sure the place was ready for move in. I read some other reviews and was worried. The 21st day came around and I was able to pick up my deposit refund at there office and was extremely happy that they did me right! I was happy to see my refund and happy that they appreciated the cleaning work I put into it. Thank you again CRG until we meet again. Everybody has there own experiences, I can tell you mine was good. I was worried at the end but I was happy to see the end results.
