My name is Thomas H. Espinoza, On April 26, 2019 I went with Michael Green to California Reality Groups office located in Temecula California to complete her rental application for a home located at 31941 Gruwell St Wildomar, Ca. 92595. As a retired United States Marine of twenty-two years and a retired Facility Maintenance Supervisor from Orange County Transportation Authority of Twenty-seven years I have dealt with a lot of people. My pet Peeve is customer service and respecting other people s needs.
While sitting in your Office and lessoning to how polite and cordial Miss. Davina Gutierrez, your Recipient was dealing with my friend Michael Green. I was very impressed. When Michael needed help or asked Miss. Gutierrez a question in completing her application, Miss. Gutierrez was very respectful and very professional in her response to Michaels needs.
I have made it a habit through-out my life to inform employers / Marines of people I have dealt with to give them my feedback on the dealings I have had with them and their employees. Some good and not so good. But when I come across that one person that just fits my style of people I would hire if I was still in the work force. I have to speak up. My hats off to Miss Davina Gutierrez Keep up the good work.
