5 Stars***** I have used CRG to manage my property in Riverside for almost 5 years! At first, I tried to manage it on my own but because my rental property is located close to 2 hours away from me, I had a very difficult time managing, communicating, and providing my tenants with all their needs. Ever since I enlisted the help of CRG, I pretty much don't have to do much but sit and watch my monthly rent deposit into my bank account. CRG provides amazing customer service to both the tenants and property owners. I have never had to talk to any of my tenants directly, the company let's me know what the renter's needs are and they quickly problem solve the situation. This month my renters requested a pool gate for the property. Heather Sauer contacted me and acted as the liaison between the renters and the vendors. She gave me 4 different options of fences with 4 different vendors. Even when I dropped the ball and ignored her emails to confirm the pool fence, she was patient and friendly with her reminders. I'll be honest, I am not in the business of pool fences so after discussing the options with Heather, she helped me choose the best choice for my renters. After I gave the approval of the pool fence, the process took about a week to be installed. They are so on top of the vendors. I was then sent multiple pictures and videos of it to confirm the completion of it. I didn't even have to make the drive out there. Renters, keep in mind... If you don't think you are getting the best customer service from CRG, it could actually be the owner's fault. I admit, with a full time job and a family... sometimes it's difficult to also manage a property that is not close to me. But luckily, I have the help of CRG to do everything for me and to keep me in line. I know I am happy with the results and I truly believe my tenants are happy too. I would highly recommend this management company for both property owners and tenants. And I want to thank Heather Sauer for keeping me in line and encouraging me to fix any problems in a timely manner. I would never go anywhere else!!!!
