Great products. Never had a reason to send stuff back. The only issue I have had, was the lack of available sizes on products. I cant blame Botach because the prices are good and I wear a common size. I have recommended this site to numerous friends and co-workers.

Botach provided me with quick and friendly customer service. The Trijicon MRO that I ordered was ready for pickup. The prices for their merchandise are the best that I have been able to find. Great people, great service, great merchandise and great prices! I love this place!

Nothing but false tracking numbers and lies. Never shipped my items. The customer service is awful. Kept giving me the run around. Sad that they refused to help law enforcement even after they received payment. Asked to speak with supervision and they're never around.
