The lady pulling in the cars for service has an unpleasantness about her but the rest of the staff was great.
Had a service appointment scheduled for 10am and they so happened to be able to fix the recall on my car as well, I go back at 1:30 and they hadn't even done the oil change which was scheduled at 10am, then the service rep blamed me for them not doing my car.
