Horrible customer service. I don t look forward to going to this dealership but it is very close to my house so I ll have to deal with it for now. I will be going to another dealership next time. Originally, last year, when I was in the market for a new F-250, a sales woman had set up a time to see my trade in vehicle and when I arrived, she was no where to be found and it took a very long time to contact her by phone and finally it turned out she wasn t even at work that day. She also thought the situation was a little humorous. I did not find it funny considering I interrupted my work day for that meeting. I ended up buying a $50k Chevy 3500 Diesel from RK next door. Then just the other day, I had to take my F350 in for service because at one point that morning, the engine was not turning over. I arrived to the service center and was basically talked down to because I had not set up an appointment. I was told to go inside and talk to a service representative. After standing in the service center for an extremely long time, with numerous employees walking around not concerned about what I needed, I finally asked someone for help. Again, I was talked down to like I was stupid for not setting up an appointment. The service representatives seem like they dislike their jobs and show no interest in actually helping a customer. It almost seemed like I was bothering them by trying to get my vehicle fixed. Other patrons were showing signs of the same dissatisfaction I have.
