Great newer Aloft Hotel. Cool and modern loft style rooms.

Most of the rooms are an interesting layout which is a very nice change from the classic hotel layout. Modern lobby and fun design all over the place. Beds are good, a little springy but overall acceptable. Would recommend overall.

Great hotel. As with all the Alofts the rooms are comfortable and easy to access. Parking at this location is VERY limited. There are 10-15 total parking spots and thats it. Otherwise your stuck parking at the independent parking structure next door, which is going to run you over 20 per night. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel overall wasn't that greatest they said parking was 9$ and ended up paying 27$ they didn't take care of us customer's as they couldve done more. the rooms were smaller then i thought. I give this hotel 2 stars strictly because the elevator floor is probably the coolest thing ever other then that not a fan

Very disappointed with this hotel. I have stayed here twice and unfortunately was underwhelmed both times. Lights in the room we're out and staff was unfriendly. Checking in was a nightmare and took an extended amount of time. Beds uncomfortable. The best part of my most recent stay was the woman bartender - she was fantastic! The hotel gave me a drink ticket for my time and trouble with the check in.

Good funky hotel in quiet part of downtown. Rooms a little small & some have connecting doors. Best deals are usually via 3rd party websites. Some free parking but need to get there early to snag a space. Very dog friendly & they stay for free. No real restaurant but nice lobby bar open evenings, with limited food & good nightly happy hour. Free hotel shuttle which is a huge bonus. Most of all great customer service from all employees.

Hotel is extremely dog friendly, which is a major plus as I had my pup Zen with me. Room was decent for the price. 2 free bottles of water. Bed is low to the ground. Heating unit is pretty loud. Honestly speaking, My review would have been higher if the front desk staff was more friendly. I was NEVER greeted with a hello or good-morning, hows it going or any type of kindness. Staff seemed so much more concerned about talking to each other than guests and felt sterile. As much travel as I do, this was troubling. Excellent customer service on a basic level is missing. If this was in place, I would have felt much better about my stay.

First we booked a room 3 months in advance for 2 queen beds as we were bringing my mother in law to see a Viking game and we checked in to find out they didnt have a room with 2 queen beds but only 1 king . They offered an air mattress which we took because we drove 8 hours to get here and the room was prepaid so why wait for a refund and try to find something else close. They brought the mattress and hour later failing to being any sheets, blankets or pillows with it. I call to ask for the sheets blankets and pillows and get asked snottily if we looked in the bag. Yes. I looked in the bag. Service is horrible. Wont stay here again.

The up side was the nice bar tender.

The Rooms Are Very Well Maintained And The Front Desk Workers Were Very Helpful.
Now Onto The Bar,
The Bartender Was AMAZING As She Noticed That I Had Not Pocketed My Credit Card After Paying For My Orders And She Gets An A+++ For Being A Very Responsible Worker!
Thank You!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a problem with our booking because we went through a third party, but the staff were very supportive and helpful. The room was clean and well designed, and we enjoyed the common spaces as well. It is also very close to some great food places and walking distance from the Mill City Farmers market. We would definitely stay here again!

Coffee evaluation! I was in the bar, had a couple of beers, 3 appetizers tacos, carrots and celery s, veggie rolls and had a desert. I asked for coffee and sent to the reception , they wanted to charge $5.00... come on really not even premier super specialized coffee shops/roasters charge this ( like intelligentsia, Metropolis, Colectivo - Single origin). When I ask the redemption, Why the price, his answer was because they payed for other things... I will say desee was good!

I've been coming for last 3 months. I really Love the bartender Kathy! She's super knowledgeable, skilled and friendly! Happy hour is great and they are pet friendly! I like that they infuse their own mixes and switch up their menu regularly. Really close to the theater and great place for a night cap after wards!

Spent the night here. Had the suite on 5th floor and it had nice but mismatch furniture and the cabinets in the main room didn't really match the room almost gave off a feeling that it was an old conference room or board room changed into a hotel room. So please update it. Make it flow better like the other rooms. Oh one last issue was it took 4 complaint calls to the front desk about loud people in the hallway and complaints about them running I believe a vacuum also at 3am til 4am.

This hotel was okay. The staff was friendly and the property clean but the aloft experience leaves us unimpressed. Basically an industrial space furnished entirely by iKea. Nothing to write home about. The worst part of this hotel stay was the miserably uncomfortable bed! We did not get one really good night of sleep the entire 8 days we were there.

Had food and drinks at the RELAX Lounge twice now. Food is acceptable, but the pizza and soup stood out. Great atmosphere, both times the bartender was very accommodating and a pleasure to meet. Area isn't that big, music is not too loud, great place for socializing. They have a few games available for you to play. Don't expect to see many post high school or college folks there.

Very cute hotel in a unique part of town. The room is spacious and I found the layout interesting. Breakfast options are limited but fine in comparison to typical continental breakfasts. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a business center if you need one, and lots of good seating space in the lounge for meeting or eating/drinking.

I am currently a guest here and I'm very disappointed. My bath towels and room were not cleaned/ changed until I requested . My fridge does not work and customer service is horrible. The day I arrived here, I requested to check in earlier. The lady at the desk advised I cancel my resereservation and go elsewhere. She even said everyone else was booked too . Why would you tell a customer to cancel knowing nothing is available ? Her attitude was careless. Unfortunately, I had to book a reservation for one night at Hilton due to my early arrival. If my reservation was refundable and had no fees I would not be here. Due to their customer service and room service I will not be back at another Aloft. I`ll give my stars to Hilton !

Arrived here around 12:30PM to check-in. Check-in is at 3PM but was greeted with a nice staff. Only ended up waiting around 30 minutes for rooms to be available for check in. My stay was great with zero complaints. Location was superb as I was able to walk to the University of Minnesota campus for orientation.

Simple. Modern. Refined. Millennial. Four adjectives that's perfectly sum up the Aloft Minneapolis experience. If those sound like they are your speed, then this is the spot for you. Right on the edge of downtown in bustling Minneapolis and only two blocks from US Bank Stadium, I found this to be exactly what I was looking for. Parking isn't fun to figure out but it's worth the hassle for this little gem.

The location is perfect- centrally located on Washington by the interchange so it's pretty easy to get to any suburb fairly quickly. The rooms are modern and well appointed... the bar is also very modern and they play great music all day. Trendy place for everyone! Right next to the beautiful west river parkway area of the Mississippi and the stone arch bridge. Amazing hospitality!

The front desk staff was terribly rude and unhelpful, we returned to our hotel after my best friends wedding at the Mill City Museum with the rest of the bridal party hoping to continue the celebration at the hotel bar once the reception ended (around 1:15 am). Being that the bar is listed as open until 2 am, we had hoped we could get a couple rounds of drinks for our group and the bartender had already closed up the bar and stated "I haven't had that many customers in the past hour so I was closing" after rolling her eyes at the bride and myself (maid of honor), she agreed to serve us each one drink after we explained to her that we were hoping to spend a decent amount of money at the hotel bar and bring in customers for her. Due to her poor attitude and that she was already basically closed up for the night (liquor cabinets locked etc.) we took our business across the street and had a great time there. Also at the same time we asked the front desk if we were able to utilize the groupon we purchased for the XYZ restaurant to order pizza and she informed us that food service is over at 12 and we couldn't order anything- where the groupon does not specifically state a time that the restaurant closes nor a specific time window we could utilize the groupon. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful, unapologetic. The bridal party and especially the bride were extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of support from the staff at the Aloft. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere from now on, definitely reconsider staying at this location if you're having a wedding block or utilizing this hotel for an event in the nearby area- you won't leave satisfied!!!

Was only a brief overnight guest at Aloft, but I enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were pleasant upon check-in and check-out and the room was clean and conveniently located. This was my second time staying with the Aloft and I'll be sure to stay again upon returning to Minneapolis.

My family and I stayed here on short noticed and arrived late, because of the cheap price we were admittedly a tad bit skeptical of the establishment, but to our suprisie we were met with a wonderfully decorative refreshing hotel and very polite staff. Overall I liked everything about the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I just checked in today but everything is great. Parking is available, either in the parking lot for free on first come/first serve or in the garage to the apartment complex for $25 a night. Great view of the football stadium from my room and the entire property is quite nice. Room is exactly what I was hoping for on this particular visit.

We booked through hotwire and while accommodations are adequate, the service and guest resources are minimal and uninviting. The rooms are small and overly trendy, making them cold and uncomfortable. The entire atmosphere feels more like a night club or hostel. Very awkward to visit with a toddler. Parking is a battle for the few spaces available. Great walking distance to museum and parks. The area seems safe and tourist friendly.
