Beautiful hotel. For your events and beautiful rooms

Not badly located. Be careful parking is often complete!

Wonderfully clean and modern facility: staff friendly and helpful. About as good as it gets for a mid to upper priced hotel. Bet you'll like it!

Good service, nice room and clean, parking not included and expensive

Good hotel but they said a 2 bed upgrade would be $2 but when we checked out they said it was $20.

The facilities were good and the staff were friendly.

Excellent price for renting a very modern suite with incredible views of a cathedral. In off season the prices even more affordable.

Nobody warns you that there are parties with music and bass and that you spend to relax but that you will not sleep. But hey we still offer to send you plugs for the ears, what a nice attention ... too bad because the room is clean and the bed comfortable. Avoid if you intend to sleep.

I recommend to everyone. The hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. The rooms are large and very bright. Very pleasant to live. The gym and spa / pool are equally nice. The staff is really welcoming and very nice. The restaurant that serves breakfast is also excellent. Moreover its situation is ideal. In short everything extra!

I liked this hotel good value for money, clean and comfortable room

Extremely nice and modern hotel, great room on the 15th floor with a good view of the city. Didn't have the chance to use any of the facilities but enjoyed the fact the gym was open 24hrs.

The rooms are spacious, the staff is exceptional and the hotel was entirely renovated in 2017.

Hotel is nice but feels like it lacks of good maintenance. Staff is friendly, rooms are simple but elegant.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. There is a pool, spa and gym. It is close to shopping and restaurants and within walking distance of many Quebec sights - in warmer weather. It was frigid when we were there. The valet parking is great and Phillip made our stay with two phenomenal restaurant recommendations. He even made reservations for us!! Ciel! And Les Sales Gossos.

Location was good close to everything . Room had all the amenities everything was maintained

We arrive and we are told that we have no reservation! The next day we were moved to a room at 12 th so quieter than at 2 otherwise the staff is very nice!

The rooms were clean, the washroom could have been cleaner (rings on toilet) but other then that, everything was clean. The bathroom was also missing towel hooks! Nowhere to hang used towels. The hotel restaurant is very good and not too pricey. We did not have breakfast included with the room but the "buffet" was cheaper then usual and had enough selection. The hotel offers a very cozy atmosphere, I would stay here again.

Was a wonderful Hotel the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful about everything to do with Quebec City and the room was clean well looked after and the bed was great to sleep in for the night will stay here whenever I'm in Quebec City again

Nice hotel in the heart of Saint-Roch. Several top restaurants and bars are walking distance. Rooms were clean.

Great view and decent location but horrible experience.
Out of a 5 nights stay, heating stopped working for 2 nights. Fixed within 12hrs every time but waking up to a room at 10C isn t my idea of comfort. Problems with bathroom faucet caused noise when showering and brought complaints from neighbouring rooms. No solicitude from staff, no follow up between staff members. Coming back at night and following up at main desk, was told every time to go up to my room to see if it was fixed and to come back if it wasn t.

Housekeeping staff extremely friendly and considerate.

Had a good experience last year, but will not come back next year.

Love this hotel! I've always been lucky enough to have a room upstairs with a view of the west of the city.
Good points:
Modern and clean hotel. The valets are the first people you see, so it's important that they are welcoming and they perform their duties well. The rooms are modern, of a good standard, the beds are comfortable and the view is wonderful. The rooms are in my experience well soundproofed. Ideal for a couple on a romantic break in the national capital.

Points to improve :
The idea of having a WINE BAR is very good. However when we wanted to take advantage of it, 3/4 of the products were not available. Also, I would have liked to have been informed of the parking price from the start and not to learn it when checking out.

Recently remodeled and in a great location if you're in Quebec City.

Decent rooms, but no windows. Security was unfair. Overall pretty good

Beautiful hotel, very clean and modern design. Well located, in the heart of Saint Roch. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The prices are really good for the quality and location.

What a difference a few years makes.
I had stayed here last year it was still a Wydam.
It was a very good place then.... now it is a Great place to stay.
Very well renovated, my girlfriend and I enjoyed a game of pool in the lobby and a glass of (over priced) wine.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The area is great to move around Quebec City.
The surrounding restaurants are the best foodie joints in the city.
Walking distance to many local pubs, restaurants and clubs.
The service is good but I must make mention of the outstanding friendliness and curiousness for the valet parking attendants.
Need more staff at the counter, the are easily overwhelmed at check in time and check out time.
Great value.

Room was on the 17th floor. Great view. Bar on main floor and a billiards table. I'm sad we didn't have enough time to use the heated pool.

Nice hotel. They do not participate in make a green choice like other spg properties but pretty good location. If you are out and about most the day with your car you can park in some nearby streets for free after ~5-6 PM.

If your driving, the garage is an added bonus.

Very nice hotel, with a wonderful view and a very clean and comfortable room. The staff is very courteous, Edward was a great help to us on arrival, great employee. The table restaurant adjacent to the hotel is also excellent and easy to access. I highly recommend the Hotel PUR and I would not hesitate to come back during our next vacation in Quebec.
