Not well managed hedge funds, profits are low and takes some time to cash them out.
I worked here for only a short while because I didn't like the way the company treated their employees. We were always overworked but the management didn't care. They would still ask us to stay longer and they always call us even after office hours.
The management promises to help employees with the rising workloads, but it never happens. Don't trust their fake promises. It's not an employee-friendly workplace.
I feel like this company ripped me off. They advised me where to put my money to make it most profitable and I followed them. But they were completely wrong, I have been losing money for several months and I don't know if I can get that back again. Very wrong decision.
Management will expect you to work like a robot and put in ridiculously long work hours. Also, managers micromanage employees, which is very distracting for the employees, and ineffective for the company overall. I felt I was being surveilled, which made me feel uneasy and affected my work. I was already stressed with how employees are expected to work insane hours, but the micromanaging from management makes it way worse.
Inflation is growing rapidly, and the company can't even offer pay raises that match it. Employees are finding it hard to make the rent or pay for other necessities.
