Won't allow returns. I spent $800 on a new camera, lens, tripod, and 2 batteries. The batteries didn't fit the camera. I asked to return them 2 days after receiving them. They wouldn't allow me to return 1 of the batteries because I had opened it. Next time I will buy from Amazon or B & H Photo.

they applied pending authorizations on my card on canceled order for no legitimate reason and would not help me remove it quickly and tied up my money for days in my bank account. they were very rude about it. avoid if you can and shop and B&H instead.
