While preparing for a shoot I discovered that two of my Kino fixtures had burned out bulbs. I ordered replacement bulbs and paid for overnight shipping from this company. What they failed to provide was a statement that they don t stock the bulbs and they had to be dropship from another company.

It s common knowledge that in the world a professional video production equipment failures happen all the time. They are in the business of providing equipment to professionals and should therefore have this information available, it s just common sense.

Bottom line, I didn t get the replacement bulbs in time for the shoot and had to rent fixtures costing me even more.

When I contacted the company, they made zero effort to make things right with me, therefore because of their poor communication skills and lack of customer service they are getting a one star.

Furthermore, I will never order another thing from this company and I suggest that you don t either.
