Ho acquistato una macchina di seconda mano in dicembre 2019 presso la concessionaria Auto Murge di Barletta.
Al momento della scelta della vettura l auto era dotata di 4 gomme estive in buone condizioni.
Visto l avvicendarsi della stagione invernale al momento dell acquisto ho deciso di acquistare a parte 4 gomme invernali, chiedendo alla concessionaria di montarmele prima del ritiro del mezzo, facendo mettere da parte le gomme sostituite.
Al momento della consegna GOMME SPARITE!
Le gomme invernali sono state montate, mentre le gomme estive sono state gettate, in quanto a dir loro ritenute non efficienti.



Al momento del ritiro mi sono ritrovata di fronte a incompetenza e scortesia presso Auto Murge di Barletta, in quanto si sono rifiutati di darmi la ricevuta d acquisto delle gomme invernali, dimenticanza della seconda chiave dell antifurto della macchina e atteggiamento ineducato nei confronti del cliente.

Six months ago I picked up a Fiat 500X with 34,000 km registered in 2018 in the evening. All euphoric I returned home where I immediately realized that the car had the tires completely worn. I contacted Automurgia headquarters in Barletta where you invited me to bring the car for changing tires. I bring the car and put on used tires, with a tread conforming to circulation, but pity that having a Dott2011 they were hard and with a bit of wet road I risked going off road. I contacted you again and you told me that "You can not claim anything else because I bought a used car ". I replaced the tires at my expense. For a few hundred euros you lost a customer.
