Placed an almost $4000 Macbook Pro on Oct 23th.

Placed an almost $4000 Macbook Pro on Oct 23th.

I received my order yesterday, and the shipping box came without any damage. But the second layer box inside from DHL China (manufacturer) to Adorama and the original APPLE box is damaged!

So I called the Adorama customer service for a replacement, and they said they would expedite my order replacement.

All I have to do is to drop off the item back at the nearest UPS store.

I waited all day for the order replacement email, but NO Bueno! So I called back to follow up, and they can't do that. I have to wait another week to process the replacement then I asked for a refund instead and they can't do that either.

I felt cheated and wasted my time on this nonsense!
