I bought new Nikon D810 from this store with New Leaf warranty. Now due to use the rubber grip has fallen or glue came off. So I requested New Leaf team to help me put just the rubber because I spent 200$ for warranty. They wrote me back is it s not covered by warranty. Common, I could break the camera and sent you guys to fix it. Because it s covered. I can tell it is accidental damage. But I didn t did that.
You took my money that s fine. But one thing make sure is , in my whole life I ll never going to buy any thing from your store. And will tell everyone in my circle to shop from B&H. I did regret now.
