*******Added Update at the end****** BAD EXPERIENCE BUT FINALLY ISSUE RESOLVED AFTER 2 MONTHS I had purchased voltas AC and we have taken zopper extended warranty. Last summers (around June-July) we faced the issues and then contacted zopper several times and everytime they respond with fake commitments and then in winters they come when we don't use AC and fixed it (God knows how they fixed it) then Last month we tried using our AC and GUESS!!! it was not working. Now i have been calling from last one month daily 2-3 times and every time they are giving fake commitments like will attend the case by evening or by next day. What kind of customer service is this? If you don't know how to serve your customers well then why you take their hard money and fill your pockets. On being asked to refund money after deducting your "whatever false charges" they are also not ready for that Zopper is the FRAUDEST company in the market . I would suggest that nobody should buy any warranty from them Sorry for Long post but i want to make it reach to every customer who is thinking to buy any service from this THIRD CLASS COMPANY - ZOPPER!! Frustrated Customer ********************* UPDATE **************** Finally after 2 months issue got resolved thanks to Vivek who escalated the process to higher authority and Mayank from Zopper. But yeah if this has been done earlier it would be much much better as 2 months of peak summer season is already gone. One Advice please respond and try to resolve customer 's query as soon as possible (don't give false estimations, if process takes time then tell customer upfront that x days will be required to fix the issue, else you will lose customer's trust) and hire knowledgeable technicians as most of the technicians who visited initially to fix the issue had no proper knowledge about ACs (they just open then AC cover and took photos that's it) and inspite of solving the original problem created a new problem in the AC which was finally fixed by Last technician visited Thanks

Initially the response was not at all satisfactory but surprisingly after almost two months when I had almost given up the repairs of my VU TV I received the call from Akash from Zopper and the as promised I received the payment on time from the company.

- 9 Stars.. Biggest fraud company EVER! They take money to get extended warranty for many products and don't do service to them . Waiting for ages for service an extended warranty product. No proper response , no follow up , no email responses , all fake promises, no service requests for repairs and fixes , no honesty or ingenuity , 100s of phones calls and emails . All lies , no fixed dates , emails or tracking given . My god , i am reading the reviews here and am shocked to see how many people are impacted .. Trending way to loot money from Crores of people. Care for what you owe for !!!!!!! See the funny pictures they use for their business in google. It shows their class.

I would not recommend any one to use zopper. There are various other options available like: flipkart,amazon. So do not waste your time and money on zopper. They have a very poor customer service,they do not have a customer care no. . Also they don't reply to complaint mails. Once they get money they don't listen to the customer. So don't get trapped by the offers they provide, your would repent latter.

Nice service, and better pricing on majority of TVs, AC, Washing Machine and refrigerator. I was tired of going on amazon flipkart and snapdeal and than getting a notification that the item can not be delivered in my location(Noida). Zopper shows me the the inventory from my local retailers and delivery came on second day itself, additionally the prices for ACs were reallycheap here with support for installation and stabiliser provided by seller itself.

Company is good and both CEO and Co- founder are very nice to employees, but they don't know what is going on inside , because of which company is about to die! The entire management is fraud , there is politics in the entire zopper, Specially HR and Admin are cheating with their own bosses, Nor providing my salary nor responding on my mail. all the good reviews are of their own employees. They plan than terminate anyone by playing politics.

@trivenisati Hi, I am registered user of Zopper software. My account is with the name of Neon hair and Beauty . I just want to bring to your notice. Your software is having a bug. As per which, it is not showing accurate character count. I had been using your sms service in Zopper App from quite sometime now. And I always ensure I should send only 1 message (instead of 2). If you see my account, there had been times when 2 msgs were sent. Today, I enquired from your staff member Sachin Gupta , he told he also got the same thing. Initially, in templates it was showing the last message which I sent on 12th Nov, the char count was 7, then it got changed to 126/2, in software itself. When I asked him to look upon this, as this is a software bug, then he denied the fact and told me nothing can be done in this regard. You being VP of the company, please look into this regard, and provide me an appropriate solution at the earliest!

Never go for zopper. My AC is not working since last 1 month. Engineer from zopper visited the first time and they said gas leakage so needs to be refilled. After 2 days gas was Filled. Again 2nd day AC had the same cooling issue. Again the same engineer was sent and this time he told AC part is damaged so we need to replace that. And it was replaced after around 2 weeks. Again AC cooling problem started within a day. Then again after repeated complaints they sent another engineer who told that one more part is having a problem. We were told that they will come the next day and get our problem fixed and Now it's been a week still no one has come. Why don't they send a person who can access the actual problem? Why my complaint is pending for so many days?

my friend is having nightmare experience with them for repairing a tv. He had bought an insurance for the tv. In june 2019, they had picked my friend's tv for repairing as there was some panel issue. its been more than 2 months and my friend has ever since calling thrm almost daily. They always promise to givem them one day or two day however i am yet to receive my tv. This is company of professional cheaters. Further they are also offering my friend to take refurbished tv of any other brand. What a bunch of jokers and cheaters these guys are....my friend is pondering of filing a consumer court case against them...

Had bad experience with Zooper.Mismanaged, discourteous executive and try to pass on buck. No monitoring mechanism or feedback obtained from customers. As intimated first call is to be rec'd 72 hrs after complaint lodged. Actual rectification done thereafter only. One has to call them time and again to have their services. Really bad
