Never go for zopper. My AC is not working since last 1 month. Engineer from zopper visited the first time and they said gas leakage so needs to be refilled. After 2 days gas was Filled. Again 2nd day AC had the same cooling issue. Again the same engineer was sent and this time he told AC part is damaged so we need to replace that. And it was replaced after around 2 weeks. Again AC cooling problem started within a day. Then again after repeated complaints they sent another engineer who told that one more part is having a problem. We were told that they will come the next day and get our problem fixed and Now it's been a week still no one has come. Why don't they send a person who can access the actual problem? Why my complaint is pending for so many days?
