@trivenisati Hi, I am registered user of Zopper software. My account is with the name of Neon hair and Beauty . I just want to bring to your notice. Your software is having a bug. As per which, it is not showing accurate character count. I had been using your sms service in Zopper App from quite sometime now. And I always ensure I should send only 1 message (instead of 2). If you see my account, there had been times when 2 msgs were sent. Today, I enquired from your staff member Sachin Gupta , he told he also got the same thing. Initially, in templates it was showing the last message which I sent on 12th Nov, the char count was 7, then it got changed to 126/2, in software itself. When I asked him to look upon this, as this is a software bug, then he denied the fact and told me nothing can be done in this regard. You being VP of the company, please look into this regard, and provide me an appropriate solution at the earliest!
